UUV地面振动测试及其水下辐射噪声评价研究

【摘要】:水下无人运载器(UUV),在水下航行噪声的测量和评定是一件事关产品关键性能而又复杂费时、成本高昂的工作。本文针对某UUV产品提出,以简单快速、低成本的地面振动测试预测复杂费时、成本高昂UUV水下航行噪声评定为最终研究目标,据此本文进行了可行性研究。 文中首先对UUV水下航行噪声的产生机理进行了较深入的研究,对UUV水下航行的机械噪声、螺旋桨噪声、水流体动力学噪声进行了较详尽的分析和估算。基于振动理论、噪声形成机理指出UUV的地面振动测试与水下航行噪声密切相关,从理论上指出所提出的最终研究目标是可行的。在此基础上进行了实验研究,建立了较完整的UUV地面振动加速度测试系统和螺旋桨声压测试系统,进行了可行性验证实验。实验数据处理和结果分析表明,本文的研究达到了可行性研究目标,取得了阶段性成果:基于UUV水下航行和地面试验的振动、噪声的机理研究,,从理论上指出根据UUV地面相关试验预测UUV水下航行噪声强弱是可行的;建立UUV地面试验中非接触式螺旋桨声压测试系统,为螺旋桨噪声这一重要相关因数测试提供了手段;采用更适合内含周期性信号变化的“倒频谱”信号分析技术,为UUV的故障诊断、分析和降噪提供了新的数据处理方法,等等。
[Abstract]:The measurement and evaluation of underwater vehicle noise is a complicated and expensive work which is related to the key performance of the product.In this paper, a simple, fast and low cost ground vibration test is proposed for a certain UUV product, which is complex, time-consuming and expensive, and the evaluation of underwater noise of UUV is considered as the final research goal. Based on this, the feasibility study is carried out in this paper.In this paper, the mechanism of underwater noise generated by UUV is studied, and the mechanical noise, propeller noise and hydrohydrodynamic noise of UUV underwater navigation are analyzed and estimated in detail.Based on the vibration theory, the noise formation mechanism indicates that the ground vibration measurement of UUV is closely related to the underwater navigation noise, and the ultimate research goal proposed is feasible theoretically.On the basis of this, a complete UUV ground vibration acceleration test system and a propeller sound pressure test system are established, and the feasibility verification experiments are carried out.The experimental data processing and result analysis show that the research in this paper has achieved the goal of feasibility study, and has achieved periodic results: the mechanism of vibration and noise based on UUV underwater navigation and ground test,It is theoretically pointed out that it is feasible to predict the intensity of underwater navigation noise of UUV based on UUV ground correlation test, and a non-contact acoustic pressure test system of propeller based on UUV ground test is established, which provides a means for the measurement of propeller noise, which is an important correlation factor.The "cepstrum" signal analysis technology, which is more suitable for the periodic signal variation, provides a new data processing method for the fault diagnosis, analysis and noise reduction of UUV.
