新型船用机舱监测报警系统研究与设计

【摘要】:随着造船业的发展和现代航运的需要,操作人员对于船舶自动化程度提出了更高的要求,船舶自动化系统正向着软件化、智能化和网络化的方向发展。基于无人机舱、驾机合一和信息控制一体化的船舶综合信息系统(IAS)已经成为当前船舶自动化领域的热门研究课题。 船用机舱监测报警系统是船舶自动化领域研究的重要课题,它能准确可靠地监测机舱内各种动力设备的运行状态及其参数,并对设备进行控制。一旦运行设备发生故障,自动发出声光报警,提示轮机管理人员及时决策设备管理措施,尽可能的保证人员和设备安全。近年来,人们在追求系统可靠性和安全性同时,更加注重其操作便捷性、界面美观性、运营经济性,这些因素都已成为探索新型船用机舱监测报警系统的驱动力。 本文首先介绍了机舱监测报警系统的发展状况,在此基础上又对其组成和功能进行了详细的分析,从而预测出它下一步发展趋势。在参阅了大量工程资料和实际经验后完成了系统的硬件选型,在Visual Studio2012编译环境下利用C#和XAML语言完成了系统应用软件的开发,并实现了系统间的通信调试。本文以大连海事大学新建实习船项目为牵引对象,以K-Chief600机舱监测报警系统为参考模型,提出了一种新型船用机舱监测报警系统的设计方案。该方案已经在轮机自动化实验室的模拟器中得到了验证应用,计划下一步在实船项目中得以运用。
[Abstract]:With the development of shipbuilding industry and the need of modern shipping, the operators put forward higher requirements for the degree of ship automation, and the ship automation system is developing towards the direction of software, intelligence and networking.The ship Integrated Information system (IASIASS), which is based on unmanned cabin, the integration of driving and control, has become a hot research topic in the field of ship automation.Marine engine room monitoring and alarm system is an important subject in the field of ship automation. It can accurately and reliably monitor the running state and parameters of various power equipment in the engine room and control the equipment.In case of failure of running equipment, acousto-optic alarm is issued automatically, which prompts the engineer manager to make timely decision on equipment management measures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment as much as possible.In recent years, in the pursuit of system reliability and security, people pay more attention to its operation convenience, interface aesthetics, operation economy, these factors have become the driving force to explore the new marine engine room monitoring and alarm system.This paper first introduces the development of engine room monitoring and alarm system, and then analyzes its composition and function in detail, and predicts its next development trend.After consulting a lot of engineering data and practical experience, the hardware selection of the system is completed, and the system application software is developed by using C # and XAML language under the Visual Studio2012 compiler environment, and the communication debugging between the systems is realized.In this paper, a new type of marine engine room monitoring and alarm system is designed based on the K-Chief600 engine room monitoring and alarm system, taking the newly built internship ship project of Dalian Maritime University as the traction object.The scheme has been validated in the simulator of the marine automation laboratory, and it is planned to be used in the actual ship project in the next step.
