基于氯酸氧化的船舶柴油机废气脱硝实验研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,与世界贸易息息相关的航运船舶数量急剧增加,由此造成的大气污染问题日益突出,严重影响了人们的身体健康。近年来,相关船舶柴油机废气排放法规日趋严格,对船舶柴油机废气的处理成为当前重要而紧迫的任务。本文在介绍国内外主流的脱硝工艺,并对他们各自的优缺点加以总结的基础上,针对航运船舶废气脱硝的问题,提出了基于氯酸氧化的船舶柴油机废气脱硝的方法并且进行了实验研究。首先通过自行设计的船舶模拟烟气实验台和鼓泡反应装置,改变模拟烟气中NO、O2的浓度、吸收液初始浓度、pH值等参数,研究了NaClO溶液的脱硝性能;其次改变模拟烟气中NO、SO2、O2的浓度、吸收液初始浓度、pH值以及反应温度等参数,研究了NaClO2溶液的脱硝性能。实验结果表明,在相同条件下,NaC102的脱硝效率明显高于NaClO。在实验室条件下实验得到NaClO的NO最大脱除率为43.9%,而NaC102为96%。通过实验得出,NaClO吸收液脱硝效率较高的反应条件是吸收液初始浓度为0.01mol/L,吸收液初始pH值为5-6之间,NO浓度控制为600ppm。NaC102吸收液脱硝效率较高的反应条件是吸收液初始浓度为0.01mol/L、吸收液初始pH为6、NO浓度为400ppm、反应温度为50℃。本文还对NaC102吸收液在上述实验条件下进行了平行实验,NO的平均氧化率达到了87.6%,NOx的平均脱除率达到了74%,脱硝效率较高,且稳定性较好。通过实验结果分析,NaClO吸收液的脱硝效率受吸收液初始pH值,吸收液浓度等因素影响较大。NaClO2吸收液的脱硝效率受吸收液初始pH值,吸收液浓度,进口气体NO浓度等因素影响较大。本文对NaClO和NaC102溶液的脱硝性能进行了基础的实验研究,为实船应用提供了一定的理论和实验基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the number of shipping ships, which are closely related to world trade, has increased dramatically, resulting in an increasingly prominent problem of air pollution, which has seriously affected the health of people.In recent years, the emission regulations of marine diesel engine have become more and more strict, and the treatment of marine diesel engine exhaust gas has become an important and urgent task.On the basis of introducing the mainstream denitrification technology at home and abroad and summarizing their respective advantages and disadvantages, this paper aims at the problem of shipping ship exhaust gas denitrification.A method for denitrification of marine diesel engine exhaust gas based on chloric acid oxidation is proposed and an experimental study is carried out.Firstly, the denitrification performance of NaClO solution was studied by means of the self-designed ship simulated flue gas test bench and bubbling reaction device, which changed the concentration of NOO _ 2 in simulated flue gas and the initial concentration of absorbent and pH value, and then changed the concentration of no _ 2 so _ 2O _ 2 in simulated flue gas.The denitrification performance of NaClO2 solution was studied by pH and reaction temperature.The experimental results show that the denitrification efficiency of NaC102 is obviously higher than that of NaClO under the same conditions.The maximum removal rate of no was 43.9% for NaClO and 96% for NaC102 under laboratory conditions.The temperature is 50 鈩,
