基于单一曲线模型的钛合金耐压球壳疲劳强度研究

【摘要】:以载人深潜器钛合金耐压球壳为研究对象,建立裂纹体有限元模型,并采用张开位移法计算球壳典型开口焊趾处的表面裂纹应力强度因子。裂纹扩展率单一曲线模型能计及负应力比效应。基于该模型对球壳的疲劳寿命进行分析,探讨球壳开口焊趾表面裂纹形状的演化规律,并对初始裂纹尺寸、临界裂纹尺寸、残余应力、应力强度因子幅值门槛和相关的材料参数进行了敏感性分析,相关结论可为钛合金耐压球壳的设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:The finite element model of the crack body was established by taking the pressure resistant spherical shell of titanium alloy for the manned deep submersible vehicle as the research object, and the stress intensity factor of the surface crack at the typical open toe of the spherical shell was calculated by using the opening displacement method. The single curve model of crack growth rate can take into account the negative stress ratio effect. Based on the model, the fatigue life of spherical shell is analyzed, and the evolution law of the surface crack shape of welded toe is discussed, and the initial crack size, critical crack size and residual stress are also discussed. The sensitivity analysis of the stress intensity factor amplitude threshold and the related material parameters is carried out. The relevant conclusions can be used as a reference for the design of titanium alloy pressure resistant spherical shell.
