区域建造法在超级游艇建造中的适应性研究

【摘要】:超级游艇泛指长度超过24米的游艇,作为一种集商务、休闲、娱乐于一体的特殊类船舶,其特殊的功能决定了其具有不同于一般船舶的结构特点、舾装特点、涂装特点、外形特点和营销特点。超级游艇目前按建造材质主要分为玻璃钢超级游艇、全铝合金超级游艇和钢铝结构超级游艇三大类,各类都有其各自的优点。对于经济性、豪华性、工艺性和耐久性相对占优的钢铝结构超级游艇建造,国内通常仍采用常规的系统导向法建造,即超级游艇建造时壳舾涂三大作业分开进行,先建造超级游艇的艇体,等艇体合拢完成后,再进行舾装作业和涂装作业。 以壳舾涂一体化为主要特征的区域建造法作为一种先进的现代造船模式,已经被我国大多数造船企业所采用。区域建造法主要以中间产品为导向的思想,将船舶建造按壳、舾、涂进行作业任务分解,作业任务分解依据的原则是船体分道建造、区域舾装和区域涂装,各种“中间产品”按区域/类型/阶段分类并进行分道生产,对作业排序进行优化。区域建造法实现了设计、生产、管理一体化和壳舾涂一体化。运用区域建造法不仅能减低建造成本、缩短建造周期、提高生产效率,还能改善生产管理、提高产品质量。目前,由于区域建造法一般多见于大宗型运输船舶的建造,尚未见用区域建造法建造超级游艇的报道。区域建造法作为一种先进的船舶建造方式,为何在钢铝结构超级游艇建造中未能广泛应用,该方法是否适用于钢铝结构超级游艇建造,,用何种方法评估该方法对铝结构超级游艇建造的适应性等是亟待研究的问题。本文以南华船厂某艘49.5m长超级游艇的建造为研究样本,通过调研分析,建立了超级游艇建造方式适应性的综合评价体系,采用模糊综合评价理论,尝试对钢铝结构超级游艇建造的适应性进行量化分析,以期为超级游艇的建造厂商在选择建造方式时提供参考。本文的主要研究内容包括:首先,对超级游艇的产品特性进行了分析;其次,以南华建造的某艘超级游艇为样本,从超级游艇的产品特性和建造约束方面对采用系统导向型建造法和区域建造法两种建造法的优缺点进行了比较,得出了更适合于超级游艇的建造方法;最后,通过到南华船厂调研,建立了超级游艇建造方法适应性评价的指标体系,并用模糊综合评价法对用两种不同的建造方式建造超级游艇进行了综合评价,通过比较评价结果,在两种建造方法中选出了最佳建造方法,进而和前面通过优缺点比较得到的更适合于超级游艇的建造方法进行了印证。 本文针对钢铝结构超级游艇区域建造法适应性研究的内容,仅为针对具有代表性的南华建造的某艘超级游艇开展的,就目前研究结果看,系统导向型的建造方法比区域建造法更适合于超级游艇的建造,但是否对所有类型和尺度的超级游艇,采用系统导向型的建造方法都比采用区域建造法优越,还需进一步的验证和更多实践的检验。
[Abstract]:The super yacht refers to a yacht with a length of more than 24 meters. It is a special kind of ship with a combination of business, leisure and entertainment. Its special functions determine its structural features, outfitting features, painting features, appearance characteristics and marketing characteristics. The super yacht is mainly divided into glass steel Super Tour according to the construction material. Yacht, all aluminum alloy super yacht and steel aluminum structure super yacht are three major categories, all of which have their own advantages. For the construction of super yacht with steel and aluminum structure, which is economically, luxurious, technological and durable, the construction of the super yacht is usually constructed by the conventional system guidance method, that is, the three operations of the shell outfitting when the super yacht is built are carried out separately. First, the hull of the super yacht is first built. After the hull is closed, the outfitting and painting operations are carried out.
The regional construction method, which is the main characteristic of the integration of shell and outfitting, has been adopted by most shipbuilding enterprises in our country as an advanced modern shipbuilding mode. The regional construction method is mainly based on the idea of intermediate products, which divides the ship construction according to the shell, outfitting and coating tasks. The principle of the task decomposition is the principle of the ship hull division. Construction, regional outfitting and regional painting, all kinds of "intermediate products" are classified according to regional / type / stage and produced in separate production to optimize operation. Regional construction method realizes design, production, management integration and integration of shell and outfitting. The use of regional construction method can not only reduce construction cost, shorten construction cycle and increase production efficiency. It can also improve production management and improve product quality. At present, as regional construction law is generally seen in the construction of bulk transport ships, there has not been a report on the construction of Super Yachts by regional construction law. As an advanced shipbuilding method, regional construction method has not been widely used in the construction of steel and aluminum super yacht, this method is not widely used. Whether it is suitable for the construction of super yacht with steel and aluminum structure and how to evaluate the adaptability of this method to the construction of super yacht for aluminum structure is an urgent problem. This paper takes the construction of a 49.5m long super yacht of Nanhua shipyard as the research sample. Through investigation and analysis, a comprehensive evaluation body of the adaptability of the construction mode of super grade yacht is established. System, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, try to quantify the adaptability of steel and aluminum structure super yacht construction, in order to provide reference for super yacht construction manufacturers to choose construction methods. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the product characteristics of super yacht are analyzed; secondly, a certain construction of South China is made. As a sample of the super yacht, the advantages and disadvantages of the two construction methods, the system oriented construction method and the regional construction method, are compared from the product characteristics and construction constraints of the super yacht, and the construction method suitable for the super yacht is obtained. Finally, the adaptability of the super yacht construction method is established through the investigation of the Nanhua shipyard. The evaluation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to synthetically evaluate the super yacht built with two different construction methods. By comparing the results, the best construction method is selected in the two construction methods, and then it is proved that the construction method of super yacht which is more suitable for the super yacht is compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the former.
In this paper, the study of the adaptability of the super yacht regional construction method of steel and aluminum structure is only for a typical super yacht built for the representative South China. The results show that the system oriented construction method is more suitable for the construction of Super Yachts than the regional construction method, but whether it is super to all types and scales. Yachts and system oriented construction methods are superior to the regional construction method, and need further verification and more practical tests.
