船舶摇摆速度对风向风速测量影响的研究

【摘要】:风翼助航船舶需要根据风向风速调整风翼的迎风角,以达到最大的风能利用率,风翼助航船舶对风向风速的测量精度要求较高。目前,船舶上使用的风向风速仪一般是对于气象因素的测量,风向风速测量精度要求不高。在风翼助航船舶中,传统的风向风速测量仪无法达到要求。同时,在船舶航行过程中船舶会出现横摇或纵倾,这又增加了准确测量风向风速的难度。本文对传感器在运动情况下的风向风速测量进行研究。 本文通过云台模拟船舶的运动,研究在不同的运动情况下对风向风速测量的影响。在摇摆速度和摇摆角度的干扰下,得到测量值并进行比较,寻找影响的规律。通过分析大量实验数据,进行曲线拟合,从而得到准确的风向风速。 采用A45超声波传感器进行风向风速的测量,风洞模拟自然风,云台模拟船舶的摇摆,使用姿态仪测量此时传感器的运动情况,采集在不同的运动情况下风向风速的测量值,进行分析,寻找风向风速准确测量的影响因素。采用BP神经网络对运动速度,姿态情况和测量结果进行曲线拟合,以达到准确测量风向风速的目的。 本文采用MSP430控制器进行姿态信息测量、云台控制和测量数据采集。设计VB数据采集界面和编写了上位机通信程序、进行风速风向数据采集。使用MATLAB对采集到的数据进行处理,进行修正,得到比较准确的风速风向值。经由误差补偿后的测量值,可以满足风翼助航船对风速风向精准度的应用要求。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to adjust the windward angle of the wind wing according to the wind direction and wind speed in order to achieve the maximum wind energy utilization. The measurement accuracy of the wind direction wind speed is higher than that of the wind wing ship. At present, the wind direction anemometer used on ships is generally for the measurement of meteorological factors, and the precision of wind direction and wind speed measurement is not high. The traditional wind direction and wind speed measuring instrument can not meet the requirement in the wind wing navigation ship. At the same time, roll or trim will occur in the course of ship navigation, which makes it more difficult to accurately measure wind direction and wind speed. In this paper, the measurement of wind direction and wind speed under moving condition is studied. In this paper, the influence of different motion on wind direction and wind speed measurement is studied by simulating ship motion. Under the disturbance of rocking velocity and rocking angle, the measured values are obtained and compared to find the law of influence. By analyzing a large number of experimental data, curve fitting is carried out to obtain accurate wind direction and wind speed. The A45 ultrasonic sensor is used to measure the wind direction and wind speed. The wind tunnel simulates the natural wind, the cloud head simulates the swaying of the ship, the attitude meter is used to measure the motion of the sensor at this time, and the wind direction wind speed is collected under different motion conditions. To find out the factors that affect the accurate measurement of wind direction and wind speed. In order to accurately measure wind direction and wind speed, BP neural network is used for curve fitting of motion velocity, attitude and measurement results. In this paper, MSP430 controller is used for attitude measurement, cloud head control and measurement data acquisition. VB data acquisition interface and PC communication program are designed to collect wind speed and wind direction data. MATLAB is used to process the collected data and correct them to get more accurate wind speed and wind direction. The measured values after error compensation can meet the application requirements of wind speed and wind direction accuracy.
