船用起重机吊盘式防摇装置液压系统设计研究

【摘要】:船用起重机主要用于船舶吊运重物,备料等。但船用起重机的工作状况较为复杂,为了使船用起重机工作更加平稳,起升重物更加准确稳定,本文的主要工作在于为船用起重机吊盘式防摇系统设计液压驱动系统。相较于之前的机械控制系统,液压系统具有布局灵活方便,系统结构简单,同等功率下质量轻,工作平稳,便于操作等优点。但目前,在船用起重机防摇装置上使用液压系统的情况不多,因此本文设计的恒张力液压系统仍然具有较为重要的意义。本文依托实验室项目,将航标船起重机作为主要研究对象,进行液压系统的设计和仿真分析,本文的主要研究内容如下:第一,调研、收集船用起重机以及恒张力液压系统的相关设计信息,了解国内外船起重起重机以及恒张力液压系统的发展现状,根据船用起重机的特点和防摇的具体要求提出整体设计方案;第二,根据吊盘式防摇系统的实际工况,对吊盘式防摇系统进行静力学分析。设计恒张力液压控制系统方案,根据要求选择既满足要求又合理的恒张力液压控制系统。第三,根据系统所需提供的负载要求计算出液压控制系统主要元件的技术参数,从而对系统所需的液压元件进行选型。第四,根据前面设计的液压控制系统,建立恒张力控制系统的数学模型,分析防摇系统的动态特性,从而得到影响张力的各个因素。第五,用AMESim软件对吊盘式防摇液压系统进行仿真分析,得到液压系统控制吊盘式防摇的变化曲线图,从而分析船用起重机吊盘式防摇液压系统的操纵性。
[Abstract]:Marine crane is mainly used for lifting heavy goods, materials, etc. But the working condition of the marine crane is more complicated. In order to make the crane more stable and the lifting weight more accurate and stable, the main work of this paper is to design the hydraulic drive system for the anti-rocking system of the marine crane. Compared with the previous mechanical control system, the hydraulic system has the advantages of flexible layout, simple system structure, light weight under the same power, stable work, easy operation and so on. But at present, the use of hydraulic system on the anti-rocking device of marine crane is rare, so the constant tension hydraulic system designed in this paper is still of great significance. Based on the laboratory project, this paper takes the navigation ship crane as the main research object, carries on the hydraulic system design and the simulation analysis, the main research content of this paper is as follows: first, the investigation, Collect the relevant design information of marine crane and constant tension hydraulic system, understand the development status of ship crane and constant tension hydraulic system at home and abroad, and put forward the overall design scheme according to the characteristics of marine crane and the specific requirements of anti-rolling; Secondly, according to the actual working conditions of the anti-rolling system, the static analysis of the anti-rolling system is carried out. A constant tension hydraulic control system is designed. According to the requirement, a constant tension hydraulic control system is selected. Thirdly, the technical parameters of the main components of the hydraulic control system are calculated according to the load requirements of the system, and the hydraulic components required by the system are selected. Fourthly, according to the hydraulic control system designed before, the mathematical model of the constant tension control system is established, and the dynamic characteristics of the anti-rolling system are analyzed, and the factors influencing the tension are obtained. Fifthly, using AMESim software to simulate and analyze the anti-rolling hydraulic system of hoist type, get the change curve of anti-rolling of hoisting plate type of hydraulic system control, thus analyze the maneuverability of anti-rolling hydraulic system of hoisting plate type of marine crane.
