海工重吊船破舱和吊装稳性研究
[Abstract]:With the recovery of the global economy, world trade is entering a new development period. In order to expand the scope of use of ships and adapt to the changing situation, especially with the rapid development of marine engineering technology, a large number of large-scale marine engineering structures need to be loaded and transported. The sea engineering crane which specially hoists and transports this kind of goods arises at the historic moment. Based on the consideration of carrying heavy cargo, this kind of ship generally chooses the large opening warehouse, and the transverse bulkhead is less. Once the large opening cargo tank enters the water, its damage stability can hardly be satisfied. Especially the mandatory implementation of the SOLAS.II-I Chapter Amendment Scheme of SOLAS, which began in January 2009, further strengthens the requirements for the damage stability of cargo ships. This paper mainly refers to the SOLAS 2009 code to carry out the calculation and analysis of the subdivision optimization method which satisfies the probabilistic break stability of the large open sea crane. Through reasonable subdivision, a kind of subdivision index satisfying the calculation of probabilistic damage stability is calculated and analyzed, and different subdivision schemes are compared and analyzed, and the general characteristics of subdivision of this kind of ship are obtained. On the other hand, the hoisting stability of this kind of ship in the process of lifting heavy objects with its own side crane also needs to meet the requirements of relevant specifications. In this paper, the requirements of hoisting stability of the crane are described, and the influence of ballast compartment distribution, load and gravity center position on the hoisting stability of the ship is analyzed. At the same time, the working principle of the hoisting auxiliary floating box system of the crane is introduced, and the influence of its elements on the hoisting stability of the ship is analyzed. It is found that the greater the horizontal area of the floating box and the greater the value of the floating box arm, the more favorable the initial stability correction of the ship is. However, the selection of both needs to consider the structural strength and operational benefits. At last, some suggestions are put forward to improve the main body of floating box and the connection mode of floating box arm.
