风电工程船电力推进系统的建模与仿真

【摘要】:船舶电气系统在船舶工业化的进程不断加快的趋势下,其自动化程度也迅速提升,电气系统在整体设计和仿真方面的要求都越来越高。几乎所有类型船舶都应用了电力推进技术。海上风电工程船作为海上风电能源开发特有的装备,其安装作业过程包括风机装载运输、风电机安装、构件周转、定位、提升、起重等,需要配套包括半潜驳、拖轮、抛锚艇、起重船、顶推轮在内的整个船队,而电力推进技术的运用使风电工程船的功能集船舶运输、短距离移位、动力定位、风机安装为一体,不仅简化了风电的配置,而且使工作变得高效。所以,针对风电工程船在船舶电力推进应用中出现的问题,建立船舶推进系统的仿真平台,进行船舶电力推进的技术的深入研究对海上风电工程专用船舶意义重大。本文主要以我公司设计的项目——1200吨双体风电工程专用船的电力推进系统为研究对象,构建船舶电力推进系统各个元件模型,通过合理组合,对具体的设计方案进行仿真验证。主要工作包括应用MATLAB软件建立船舶电力推进系统各个关键元件模型、建立船舶电力推进系统数字仿真平台、基于仿真平台进行各项功能测试以及研究等。为利于仿真模型的构建和编写相关程序,在研究过程中简化了母型船电力推进系统的部分仿真模型,实船电力推进系统的工作状况仍可在一定程度上由仿真结果表示出来。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of accelerating the process of ship industrialization, the degree of automation of ship electrical system is also rising rapidly, and the requirements of the overall design and simulation of electrical system are becoming higher and higher. Almost all types of ships use electric propulsion technology. As a special equipment for offshore wind power energy development, offshore wind power engineering ship's installation process includes blower loading and transportation, wind motor installation, component turnover, positioning, lifting, lifting and so on. It needs to include semi-submersible barge, tugboat, anchor boat, etc. The use of electric propulsion technology makes the functions of wind power engineering ships integrated with ship transportation, short distance shift, power positioning, and fan installation, which not only simplifies the configuration of wind power, And make the work more efficient. Therefore, aiming at the problems of wind power engineering ship in the application of ship electric propulsion, it is of great significance to establish the simulation platform of ship propulsion system and carry out in-depth research on the technology of ship electric propulsion for offshore wind power engineering. In this paper, the electric propulsion system of 1 200 ton catamaran wind power engineering special ship is taken as the research object, and each component model of the ship electric propulsion system is constructed, and through reasonable combination, the paper mainly takes the electric propulsion system designed by our company as the research object. The concrete design scheme is simulated and verified. The main work includes the application of MATLAB software to establish each key component model of marine electric propulsion system, the establishment of a digital simulation platform for marine electric propulsion system, and the functional testing and research based on the simulation platform. In order to construct the simulation model and compile the related program, the partial simulation model of the parent ship electric propulsion system is simplified in the course of the research, and the working condition of the real ship electric propulsion system can still be expressed by the simulation results to some extent.
