小型化海上个人应急搜救示位标的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着近几年海运的迅速发展,由船舶碰撞和极端天气的影响所造成的落水人员遇险救助也越来越受到重视,小型化海上个人应急搜救示位标即是在这样的背景下产生的一款落水救生设备。它能够迅速的将落水人员的位置信息发送给周围救援的船舶和岸基设备上,从而能够快速的确定落水者的位置信息达到快速救助的目的。 本文的设计内容解决了AIS搜救发射机个人便携设备中所必需考虑的两大问题:小型化和低功耗。小型化利于便携,低功耗利于长久发射增加救援时间。小型化主要通过将电路集成及电路的设计和布局优化来处理,低功耗则主要通过软件调制方式的改进,匹配电路的优化,天线的选取等几个方面来改进,这些工作最终体现在产品上,使得产品的待机时间得到显著的提高,设备的体积减小一半并且性能也得到了深度的优化。 论文的撰写是从产品的四个大模块进行描述的,即MCU,锁相环(VCO),功率放大器,天线。四个模块均依据小型化和低功耗这两个大前提进行设计,锁相环频率的调试及天线匹配的调试也是设计成功该产品的至关重要的两个部分,最后整机产品的验证和调试成功表明了设计的可行性并且该产品上市也很受市场的欢迎。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of maritime transport in recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the rescue of people in distress caused by ship collisions and extreme weather. Miniaturized maritime personal emergency search and rescue marker is a kind of life-saving equipment in water under this background. It can quickly send the location information of the submersible to the surrounding rescue ship and shore-based equipment, so that the location information of the submersible can be quickly determined to achieve the purpose of quick rescue. The design content of this paper solves two problems which must be considered in AIS search and rescue transmitter personal portable device: miniaturization and low power consumption. Miniaturization is good for portable, low power consumption is conducive to long-term launch to increase rescue time. Miniaturization is mainly processed by circuit integration, circuit design and layout optimization, low power consumption mainly through the improvement of software modulation, matching circuit optimization, antenna selection and so on. Finally, the work is reflected in the product, which greatly improves the standby time of the product, reduces the volume of the equipment by half and optimizes the performance of the device in depth. The paper is written from the product of four large modules, namely, MCU, phase-locked loop (VCO), power amplifier, antenna. The four modules are designed according to the two major prerequisites of miniaturization and low power consumption. The debugging of PLL frequency and antenna matching are also the two crucial parts of the successful design of the product. Finally, the successful verification and debugging of the whole product shows the feasibility of the design and the product is very popular in the market.
