某船发电柴油机高压油泵卡阻故障分析与排除

【摘要】:分析MAN-BW 6L23/30型发电柴油机高压油泵卡阻故障现象,从高压油泵润滑通道堵塞、偶件精密度降低、再生偶件利用、日常管理与操作等方面进行故障原因排除,并从高压油泵的拆检、燃润滑油使用、更换新型防腐螺栓等方面提出高压油泵日常管理措施,以降低事故发生率,确保船舶航行安全。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the fault phenomenon of high pressure oil pump clamping resistance of MAN-BW 6L23/ 30 power generation diesel engine, and eliminates the fault causes from the aspects of lubrication channel blockage of high pressure oil pump, reduction of precision of coupling parts, utilization of regenerated coupling parts, daily management and operation, etc. The daily management measures of high pressure oil pump are put forward from the aspects of disassembly and inspection of high pressure oil pump, use of burning lubricating oil and replacement of new anticorrosive bolt, so as to reduce the incidence of accidents and ensure the safety of ship navigation.
