球扁钢肋骨纵向弯曲火工矫正研究

【摘要】:针对船体球扁钢肋骨三角形加热矫正纵向弯曲变形时加热区的计算,利用全站仪测量肋骨与板材线型,使用非均匀B样条拟合曲线后计算两者的装配偏差。分析矫正变形时加热区的计算算法和计算流程,并在MATLAB的GUI模块中开发了球扁钢肋骨三角形加热区预报系统,实现了肋骨与板材线型测量数据的导入、曲线的拟合、装配偏差的计算、三角形加热的位置与工艺参数的准确预报。研究内容和成果对三角形加热矫正球扁钢肋骨纵向弯曲变形的理论研究和现场施工都有一定的参考意义和指导价值。
[Abstract]:According to the calculation of heating zone of hull ball flat steel ribs corrected by triangular heating, the line type of ribs and plates is measured by total station instrument, and the assembly deviation of ribs and plates is calculated after fitting curves with non-uniform B-splines. The calculation algorithm and calculation flow of heating zone during deformation correction are analyzed, and the triangular heating zone prediction system of spherical flat steel ribs is developed in GUI module of MATLAB, which realizes the introduction of linear measurement data and curve fitting between ribs and plates. The calculation of assembly deviation and the accurate prediction of triangle heating position and process parameters. The research contents and results have certain reference significance and guiding value for the theoretical research and field construction of triangular heating to correct the longitudinal bending deformation of spherical flat steel ribs.
