IMO框架内的舵效换算风险分析(英文)

基于SOLAS第Ⅱ-1/29条要求的全速操舵试验可能存在翻船风险,MSC.365(93)决议对SOLAS有关操舵试验的要求进行了修订。本文结合IACS相关文件,以船舶操纵理论知识为基础,结合模型试验和实船试验数据,对IACS UI SC246 Rev.1中提出的舵效换算方法开展了可行性分析与评估,为舵效换算及等效操舵提供了理论依据和试验基础。
