【摘要】:传统化石能源的日益枯竭以及环境的恶化,加速了能源革命的兴起,转变能源生产及运行方式具有重要的意义。在大规模风电并网的情况下,风电场功率的随机性给电网的频率控制带来了不利影响,电力储能技术的应用是解决上述问题的有效途径。因此,本文针对大规模风电并网条件下,对含风电、火电与储能的区域电网二次调频控制算法进行研究。本文首先在电力系统一、二次调频的基本原理的基础上,对火电机组参与调频模块进行简化,建立了等效区域电网模型。进而深入分析传统区域电网一次调频的调频特性,在数学推导基础上进行了仿真验证。同时分析互联区域电网二次调频控制模式及其等效数学模型,明确一、二次调频控制过程具有响应顺序上的差异及调频容量上的差别。指出两区域经典模型存在的缺陷,进而对此模型进行一、二次调频解耦控制改进。构建较为合理的区域电网调频模型,并在二次调频控制环节考虑发电约束(GRC)、通讯时延、频率偏差系数的影响进行了仿真分析。针对大规模风电机组并网的情况下,分析风电机组的功频控制方式,提出通过对转子转速进行控制的方式,设置机组一次调频备用容量,使得风电机组可以参与一次调频,并对该方法进行仿真验证。基于风速4种分量的分析,分析风电功率具有随机波动特性。在频域上对实际风电场的功率数据进行分析,结合两区域互联系统的传递函数模型,分析风电功率的波动特性对于电网频率调整的影响。明确风电功率波动对传统电网一次、二次调频影响的不同,为下一步制定二次调频控制策略提供理论依据。根据储能的功频特性,提出储能辅助电网参与二次调频数学模型,并与火电机组对比研究储能的调频性能,充分利用这两种调频电源的优势,提出基于低通滤波算法的储能参与电网二次调频控制策略。考虑储能的SOC约束条件,对超过SOC区间的储能功率输出进行调整。以储能在系统中占比不同的情况为例,对滤波算法进行仿真验证,为大规模储能应用于电网调频控制策略研究提供参考。最后,根据风电功率对调频产生的不利影响,针对传统AGC的PI控制器进行了改进,提出了模糊PI的AGC控制器。对含风电场接入的互联两区域电网进行仿真验证,在二次调频CPS标准下对此算法的优化性进行分析。
[Abstract]:The increasing depletion of traditional fossil energy and the deterioration of the environment have accelerated the rise of the energy revolution. It is of great significance to change the way of energy production and operation. In the case of large-scale wind power integration, the randomness of power of wind farms has adverse effects on the frequency control of power grid. The application of power storage technology is an effective way to solve the above problems. Therefore, in this paper, the two frequency control algorithm of regional power grid with wind power, thermal power and energy storage is studied under the condition of large-scale wind power grid connection. First of all, based on the basic theory of the one or two frequency regulation of power system, this paper simplifies the thermal power unit's participation in the FM module, and establishes the equivalent regional power grid model. Then the FM characteristics of the primary FM in the traditional regional power grid are analyzed, and the simulation verification is carried out on the basis of mathematical deduction. Meanwhile, the two frequency control mode and its equivalent mathematical model of the interconnected regional power grid are analyzed. It is clear that the one or two frequency control process has the difference in response sequence and the difference in frequency modulation capacity. The defects of the classical two region model are pointed out, and the one or two frequency modulation decoupling control of the model is improved. A more reasonable frequency modulation model of regional power network is constructed, and the influence of generation constraint (GRC), communication delay and frequency deviation coefficient is simulated in the two frequency regulation link. For the large scale grid connected wind turbine case, power frequency analysis of wind turbine control mode proposed by controlling the rotor speed, setting unit primary frequency regulation reserve capacity, the wind turbine can participate in a FM, and the method of simulation. Based on the analysis of the 4 components of the wind speed, the random fluctuation characteristics of the wind power are analyzed. In the frequency domain, the power data of the actual wind farm are analyzed, combined with the transfer function model of the two area interconnected system, the influence of the fluctuation characteristics of the wind power on the frequency adjustment of the power grid is analyzed. The influence of wind power fluctuation on the primary and two frequency modulation of the traditional power grid is different, which provides the theoretical basis for the next step of the two frequency modulation control strategy. According to the power frequency characteristics of energy storage, energy storage auxiliary power grid proposed participation in the two FM frequency performance and mathematical model of thermal power plants and comparative study of energy storage, make full use of the advantages of power two FM, two FM is proposed in the grid control strategy of low-pass filtering algorithm based on energy storage. Considering the SOC constraints of energy storage, the energy output of the energy storage over the SOC interval is adjusted. Taking the different proportion of energy storage in the system as an example, the filtering algorithm is simulated and verified, which provides a reference for large-scale energy storage applied in the research of power grid frequency modulation control strategy. Finally, according to the adverse influence of the wind power on the frequency modulation, the PI controller of the traditional AGC is improved, and the fuzzy PI AGC controller is proposed. The simulation of the two regional power grid connected by wind farms is simulated, and the optimization of the algorithm is analyzed under the two frequency modulation CPS standard.
