【摘要】:智能微电网可以接入多种分布式发电和储能单元,尤其是对可再生能源的有效利用,不仅可以为偏远地区提供稳定电能,而且并网运行时能起到"削峰填谷"的作用,提高公共电网稳定性,对解决化石燃料资源短缺问题和环境污染问题有重大意义。微电网中分布式发电及储能单元容量配置关系到微网整个生命周期经济性和供电可靠性,是微网规划设计阶段的重要工作。结合当前节能减排要求,研究碳税机制对微网配置的影响,可以为微网的低碳化配置提供参考。本文针对三种典型的微网结构,在碳税机制下考虑不同碳税税率,研究微电网中各类分布式发电和储能单元容量配置问题,做了如下研究工作:首先给出了光伏系统、风力发电机、微型燃气轮机输出功率模型和蓄电池的充放电功率与荷电状态关系模型,为后文计算不同工况下各类电源输出功率奠定基础。然后针对单节点独立微电网、单节点并网微电网和多节点独立微电网这三类微网的结构和运行特征,以优先利用可再生能源为主,分别制定了三类微网的运行策略,并依此给出了各类微网中负荷缺电率、可再生能源渗透率和可再生能源利用率计算方法。在此基础上,考虑不同碳税税率的影响,以微网生命周期经济性最优为优化目标,结合约束条件,构建三类微网的优化配置模型。在多节点独立微网中,还考虑了节点间功率交互产生的线路损耗。最后通过算例仿真得到三类典型结构微网在不同碳税税率下的电源优化配置方案,分析了碳税税率对微网中各类电源配置容量、可再生能源渗透率、碳排放和微网经济性的影响,并进一步从三类微网结构和运行策略角度,分析了碳税机制产生的不同影响,从而在考虑不同碳税税率的情况下,为智能微电网电源优化配置提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Smart micro grid can access a variety of distributed generation and energy storage unit, especially the effective utilization of renewable energy, not only can provide stable power to remote areas, and the grid operation can play a "peak" effect, improve the public power grid stability, is of great significance to solve the problem of shortage of fossil fuel resources and the problem of environmental pollution. The micro grid distributed generation and energy storage capacity allocation unit related to microgrid throughout the life cycle of the economy and reliability of power supply, is an important work of micro network planning and design stage. Combined with the current energy-saving emission reduction requirements, the research on effect of carbon tax on the micro mechanism of network configuration, can provide a reference for low carbon micro configuration net. This paper focuses on three kinds of typical microgrid structure, considering the different carbon tax on carbon tax mechanism, research on various types of distributed generation and micro grid energy storage unit capacity allocation problem, do The research work is as follows: firstly, photovoltaic system, wind power generator, charge and discharge power of micro gas turbine power output model and battery state of charge and the relational model, under different conditions of various types of power supply output power which lays the foundation for later calculation. Then the single point independent micro grid, single node and multi node grid microgrid these three types of independent micro grid structure and operation of microgrid characteristics, to give priority to the use of renewable energy, were developed three kinds of micro grid operation strategy, and puts forward the load rate of all kinds of micro power network, renewable energy and renewable energy by the calculation method of permeability rate. On this basis, considering the influence of different carbon tax, the micro network life cycle economy as the optimization goal, combined with the constraints, the paper constructs three types of optimal allocation model of microgrid. In a multi node independent micro grid, are also considered The line loss between the nodes of interactive power generated. Finally through the simulation example of three typical power structure optimization scheme of microgrid in different carbon tax under the analysis of the carbon tax on all types of power distribution capacity in the micro grid, renewable energy penetration, the influence of carbon emissions and micro network economy, and further from the three types of micro grid structure and operation strategy angle, analyzed the different influence mechanism of carbon tax, and in consideration of different carbon tax case, provide a reference for the smart micro grid power optimization configuration.
