【摘要】:从低低温省煤器的布置方式入手,以具有防磨、防积灰特点的H型鳍片管束为例,采用数值模拟的方法研究其在顺列和错列两种布置方式下的传热与流动特性。结果表明:在顺、错列两种布置方式下,当纵向管排数≥15时,对Nu与Eu的影响可以忽略;进口流速、鳍片宽度、鳍片厚度、鳍片间距、开缝宽度和横向节距分别对两种布置方式下H型鳍片管束的Nu数与Eu数影响结果相同。鳍片宽度对Nu影响最大,鳍片间距对Eu影响最大,管束顺列布置时,开缝宽度对Nu与Eu影响最小,管束错列布置时,纵向节距对Nu数与Eu数影响最小。根据模拟数据拟合了H型鳍片管束在两种布置方式下分别对应的Nu与Eu准则关联式。研究结果可为燃煤电站低低温省煤器的优化设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:Starting from the arrangement of low temperature economizer, with anti abrasion, anti fouling property of the H type finned tubes as an example, to study the two kinds of arrangement column heat transfer and flow characteristics in sequence and fault by using the numerical simulation method. The results showed that: in the CIS, staggered arrangement two next, when the longitudinal tube row number larger than 15, the effect of Nu and Eu can be ignored; the inlet velocity, fin width, fin thickness, fin spacing, slit width and lateral pitch respectively for the two kinds of arrangement of H type fin tube bundle Nu number and Eu number of the same results. The biggest influence on the fin width Nu, the greatest impact on the Eu fin spacing, bundle in-line arrangement, effect of slit width on Nu and Eu minimum, bundle staggered arrangement, longitudinal pitch with minimal impact on the Nu number and Eu number. According to Nu and Eu standards of related H type finned tubes respectively corresponding in two kinds of arrangement of the fitting simulation data The research results can provide a reference for the optimization design of low temperature economizer for coal-fired power plant.
