【摘要】:双级矩阵变换器作为一种新的交流-交流型电力变换器,相比于传统单级矩阵变换器而言有着自己独特的优势。它不仅具有传统矩阵变换器能量双向可逆、输入输出电流正弦、输入功率因数可调等优点,同时也克服了传统矩阵变换器开关数量多、换流过程复杂等缺点,使得拓扑结构更简单,换流过程更可靠。在实际应用中常会遇到各种非理想条件,这将影响双级矩阵变换器的输出电压质量。因此,通过良好的调制策略来提高输出电压质量一直是很多学者的研究重点。良好的控制策略既能够有效的改善输入输出特性,还可以降低谐波污染和减小开关损耗,因而常受到广大学者的关注和研究。相比于传统调制策略,本文提出一种新型的小波调制策略,并对其在双级矩阵变换器的应用中展开研究。小波理论因其独特的局部时频域分析能力和多分辨分析原理,被广泛应用于通信、地震勘测领域。目前,国外已有学者对其展开研究,将其应用于变换器的调制技术中,在整流器和逆变器中均已实现应用,体现了良好的输出性能。本文的研究主体是双级矩阵变换器,分别从整流级和逆变级两方面进行了研究。对小波调制策略在整流级中的输入电流,直流侧电压进行了分析,并与经典的空间矢量调制策略的性能进行了对比;对逆变级中的三相输出电压及其谐波畸变率做出了分析,且同样与空间矢量调制完成了对比。其次,对小波调制策略的整流级和逆变级进行了协同调制,完成了小波调制在双级矩阵变换器中的应用,分析了协同调制的输入输出性能,并在多种配合方式下进行了性能对比的分析。同时又对小波调制策略下的共模电压瞬时值进行了分析,通过改进算法,完成了对共模电压的抑制,并对共模电压波形抑制前后进行了对比。最后,结合各部分内容的仿真分析,通过实验来验证小波调理论。以DSP2812为控制核心,搭建了软硬件实验平台,分别对上述仿真内容展开实验,并通过实验波形与仿真波形对比,说明了小波调制仿真分析的正确性,验证了小波调制的可行性。研究结果表明,小波调制可实现对双级矩阵变换器的有效控制。且小波调制策略下无论整流级和逆变级,输入电流、输出电压质量高、谐波含量小,算法实现简单。小波调制的双级矩阵变换器共模电压抑制方法简单方便,能有明显的抑制效果。
[Abstract]:As a new AC / AC power converter, the two-stage matrix converter has its own unique advantages compared with the traditional single-stage matrix converter, which not only has the traditional matrix converter energy two-way reversible. The advantages of sinusoidal input and output current and adjustable input power factor also overcome the shortcomings of the traditional matrix converter such as the large number of switches and the complex commutation process which makes the topology simpler. The commutation process is more reliable. Various non-ideal conditions are often encountered in practical applications, which will affect the output voltage quality of the two-stage matrix converter. A good modulation strategy to improve the quality of output voltage has been the focus of many scholars. A good control strategy not only can effectively improve the input and output characteristics, but also can reduce harmonic pollution and switching loss. Compared with the traditional modulation strategy, this paper proposes a new wavelet modulation strategy. The wavelet theory is widely used in the field of communication and seismic survey because of its unique local time-frequency domain analysis ability and multi-resolution analysis principle. Some scholars abroad have studied it and applied it to the modulation technology of converter, which has been applied in rectifier and inverter. The main body of this thesis is two-stage matrix converter, which is studied from two aspects of rectifier stage and inverter stage, respectively. The input current of wavelet modulation strategy in rectifier stage is studied. The DC side voltage is analyzed and compared with the classical space vector modulation strategy. The three-phase output voltage and harmonic distortion rate in the inverter stage are analyzed and compared with the space vector modulation. Secondly, the rectifier and inverter stages of the wavelet modulation strategy are modulated synergistically. The application of wavelet modulation in two-stage matrix converter is completed, and the input and output performance of cooperative modulation is analyzed. At the same time, the instantaneous value of common-mode voltage under wavelet modulation strategy is analyzed, and the suppression of common-mode voltage is accomplished by improving the algorithm. And the common mode voltage waveform suppression before and after the comparison. Finally, combined with the simulation of each part of the analysis, through experiments to verify the wavelet modulation theory, with DSP2812 as the control core. The software and hardware experiment platform is built, and the simulation contents are tested respectively, and the correctness of the simulation analysis of wavelet modulation is proved by comparing the experimental waveform with the simulation waveform. The feasibility of wavelet modulation is verified. The results show that wavelet modulation can effectively control the two-stage matrix converter, and the input current can be obtained under the wavelet modulation strategy, regardless of the rectifier stage and the inverter stage. The output voltage quality is high, the harmonic content is small, and the algorithm is simple. The common mode voltage suppression method of wavelet modulated two-stage matrix converter is simple and convenient, and has obvious suppression effect.
