【摘要】:风力发电是一种灵活机动、安全可靠的发电方式,但风能的波动、随机性,使得风电并网的应用受阻,导致弃风限电现象严重。为避免这类现象继续恶化,国内专家提出了非并网风电应用,即将风能直接应用于高耗能直流负载,不仅可平抑风电对电网的冲击,也能提升风电资源的利用率,使风电成本降低。开关磁阻发电机(Switched Reluctance Generator,简称SRG)作为一种新型特种发电机,具有成本低、构造简单、适应恶劣环境等特点,在风力发电领域极具潜力,相应的研究也越来越多。若将SRG用于为高耗能直流负载供电,无需逆变单元,可简化风电设备,推动风电产业快速发展,带来很大的经济效益。本文首先介绍了开关磁阻发电机的发展现状,分析了三种高耗能直流负载特性,提出将开关磁阻风力发电机用于为此类负载供电,其次针对此类负载特性确定发电机的额定参数并对电机本体进行了初步设计,以提高SRG发电效率为目的,通过MathCAD计算软件和Ansoft Maxwell 16.0有限元仿真,对电机尺寸参数进行了计算和优化,以及开关磁阻发电机内部电磁场的有限元分析。最后基于Matlab软件建立了风力机模型,研究风力机的功率特性;针对开关磁阻风力发电机及其系统建模,研究最大风能跟踪的几种常规控制方法,建立基于直流负载的开关磁阻风力发电系统的仿真模型,结果表明开关磁阻风力发电机满足此类负载的供电要求以及该发电系统的可行性。
[Abstract]:Wind power generation is a flexible, safe and reliable way, but the wind fluctuation and randomness, makes the application of wind power grid is blocked, resulting in abandoned wind power rationing phenomenon is serious. In order to avoid this kind of phenomenon continues to deteriorate, domestic experts put forward the application of non grid connected wind power, wind energy is directly applied to high energy DC load that not only can stabilize the impact of wind power on the grid, the use of wind power can also increase the rate of resources, the wind power cost is reduced. The switched reluctance generator (Switched Reluctance Generator, referred to as SRG) as a new special generator, has low cost, simple structure, adapt to the harsh environment, in the field of wind power generation very the potential, the corresponding research is more and more. If the SRG is used to load power supply for high energy consumption without DC inverter unit, can simplify the wind power equipment, to promote the rapid development of wind power industry, bring great economic benefits. This paper first introduces the development of switched reluctance generator, analyzed three kinds of high energy DC load characteristics, the Switched Reluctance Wind power generator for the load power supply, secondly, such load characteristics determine the rated parameters of the generator and the motor in the preliminary design, in order to improve the efficiency of power generation for the purpose of SRG, calculated by MathCAD software Ansoft and Maxwell 16 finite element simulation, calculation and optimization of the size of the motor parameters, and the finite element analysis of electromagnetic switch reluctance generator. Finally, based on the Matlab software of the wind turbine model is established, the power characteristics of wind turbine; modeling for switched reluctance wind generator and its system, study the maximum wind energy tracking severalconventional control method and to establish the simulation model of switched reluctance generator system based on DC load, the results show that the switch reluctance Wind turbines meet the power supply requirements of this kind of load and the feasibility of the power generation system.
