【摘要】:近些年,电力系统发电方式和用电设备的改变使电能质量问题愈加突出,影响电能质量的动态行为因素越加复杂,电能质量综合评估和控制难度也越来越大。分布式发电(Distributed Generation,DG)波动性与间歇性特点给传统电能质量评估和控制带来了新的要求。加强电能质量的综合评估是预防与治理电能质量问题的前提,维持系统有功平衡是保证电能质量的关键。本文围绕分布式电源电能质量的评估与控制方法开展研究,主要针对电能质量多指标综合评估、分布式系统功率预测以及有功协调控制问题展开探讨,建立电能质量综合评估与风光储协调控制系统模型,主要工作包括:1)基于组合赋权法的分布式电源电能质量综合评估方法研究。采用层次分析法、模糊数学法、熵值法和变异系数法以及不同的组合方法建立8种电能质量综合评估模型,通过数据评估实验,说明单一综合评价方法的不足,验证主、客观结合的组合评价法对DG电能质量综合评估的适应性与准确性。2)基于移动平均法的风光功率平滑预测方法研究。对传统方法的移动平均项数和样本权重进行调整与修正,提出一种修正自适应带宽加权移动平均法,解决传统方法在功率骤变点的滞后叠加性和储能限制问题。通过仿真实验,验证该方法的平滑效果与修正效果更能满足实际预测的需求。3)风光储协调控制策略研究。建立储能交流侧接入的风光储联合发电模型,设计一种基于有功功率平滑的储能协调控制策略。通过仿真实验,验证该控制策略对发电系统有功输出的平滑效果,以及在改善分布式系统电能质量的作用。通过对比实验,说明不同控制策略对配网环境和储能条件的需求与影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the power quality problems become more and more serious due to the change of power generation mode and equipment, and the dynamic behavior factors that affect the power quality become more and more complex. It is more and more difficult to evaluate and control the power quality synthetically. Distributed Generation. The volatility and intermittency of DG bring new requirements to traditional power quality assessment and control. Strengthening the comprehensive evaluation of power quality is the premise to prevent and control power quality problems. Maintenance of active power balance is the key to ensure power quality. This paper focuses on the power quality assessment and control methods of distributed power supply, mainly aimed at the comprehensive evaluation of power quality. The power prediction and active power coordinated control of distributed system are discussed, and the model of integrated evaluation of power quality and coordinated control system of wind and wind storage is established. The main work includes: (1) Research on power quality comprehensive evaluation method of distributed power supply based on combinatorial weighting method, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method. Entropy method, coefficient of variation method and different combination methods are used to establish 8 kinds of comprehensive evaluation models of power quality. Through data evaluation experiments, the shortcomings of the single comprehensive evaluation method are proved and the main evaluation method is verified. Adaptability and accuracy of combined Evaluation method based on objective combination to Comprehensive Evaluation of DG Power quality. Based on moving average method, the prediction method of wind power smoothing is studied. The moving average terms and sample weights of traditional methods are adjusted and corrected. A modified adaptive bandwidth-weighted moving average method is proposed to solve the problem of lag superposition and energy storage limitation of traditional methods at power sudden change points. Verify that the smoothing effect and correction effect of this method can better meet the actual forecast demand. 3) study on coordinated control strategy of wind and wind storage. Establish the combined generation model of wind and storage with AC side of energy storage. An energy storage coordinated control strategy based on active power smoothing is designed. The simulation results show that the control strategy can smooth the active power output of power generation system. The effects of different control strategies on the distribution network environment and energy storage conditions are illustrated through comparative experiments.
