风电接入下的时序渐进滚动修正调度模型

【摘要】:以"电量"为纽带,建立了风电接入下的时序渐进滚动调度修正模型。该模型在时间尺度上包含年计划、月计划、日计划以及实时调度计划。时序渐进体现在上一级时间尺度为下一级时间尺度提供计划电量或调度功率,指导下一级时间尺度的调度安排;滚动修正则根据下一级时间尺度提供的实际发电量对上一级进行不断修正。年计划和月计划滚动修正模型侧重于电量的不平衡修正,在各自时间尺度内,结合下一级时间尺度提供的实际已发电量以及最新的风电、负荷预测信息,滚动修正剩余时段的发电计划,保证各机组电量的有效实施。日计划、日内滚动优化调度和实时调度模型侧重于风电功率的消纳,针对风电的随机性和波动性,建立基于场景法的日前机组组合模型和日内滚动优化模型,且仅在日内滚动调度和实时调度阶段考虑合理弃风。最后,通过修改的IEEE-RTS24系统进行算例仿真,验证了该模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the "quantity of electricity" as the link, the paper establishes the time series progressive rolling scheduling correction model under the wind power access, which includes the annual plan and the monthly plan in the time scale. Day plan and real-time scheduling plan. Time series gradually reflect in the next level of time scale to provide the planned power or scheduling power to guide the next level of time scale scheduling arrangements; The rolling correction is based on the actual power generation provided by the next time scale. The annual plan and the monthly plan rolling correction model focus on the unbalanced correction of the electricity in their respective time scales. Combined with the actual power generation and the latest wind power and load forecasting information provided by the next time scale, the generation plan of the remaining period of time can be revised by rolling to ensure the effective implementation of the electricity generation plan of each unit. Intra-day rolling optimal scheduling and real-time scheduling model focus on wind power absorption, aiming at the randomness and volatility of wind power, the pre-day unit combination model and intra-day rolling optimization model based on scenario method are established. And the reasonable abandonment is considered only in the rolling scheduling and real-time scheduling stage. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by the simulation of the modified IEEE-RTS24 system.
