深海推进用双定子永磁无刷直流电机的设计与研究

【摘要】:深海推进电机作为水下推进设备的动力源,其技术发展直接影响着深海勘探开发工作的上限。近年来,永磁无刷直流电机由于其高效率、高功率密度、运行可靠等优点越来越多地被应用在水下推进装置中。双定子永磁无刷直流电机作为一种新兴结构电机,具有过载能力强、转子惯量小以及控制方式灵活多样等优点,在深海推进领域中有重大应用价值。本文首先分析了双定子永磁无刷直流电机的基本结构及原理,通过对电机磁路结构、绕组连接方式的分析,给出了其等效磁路图和两相导通工作方式下的基本方程。其次,研究了双定子电机的设计方法,针对深海电机体积小、重量轻的特点,提高电机设计转速,采用带减速器的结构设计方案。按照先设计一台单定子电机,继而在其基础上进行双定子电机设计的思想,基于等效磁路法,研究了主要尺寸的确定、电磁负荷的选取、定转子以及永磁体的设计方法,着重分析了槽数和极数配合的选择,通过路算得到了初步设计方案。然后在ANSYS Maxwell中建立双定子永磁无刷直流电机的有限元模型,在瞬态场中对电机空载磁场以及负载运行性能进行仿真分析,得到转矩、电流等相关性能曲线。同时,对不同绕组连接方式下电机的运行性能进行了分析,研究了不同参数变化对电机反电势、转矩波动、漏磁、效率等性能的影响,对电机相关参数进行了调整。最后,对电机的转矩波动问题进行了分析,研究了减小其齿槽转矩的方法,通过有限元仿真分析,得到了不同抑制措施下齿槽转矩的变化规律,为提高电机稳态运行性能提供了参考。研究结果表明,双定子永磁无刷直流电机提高了空间材料利用率,具有更高的功率转矩密度,不同的绕组连接方式使电机具有更宽广的运行速度范围,非常适合深海推进电机的特点,具有较好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:As the power source of underwater propulsion equipment, deep-sea propulsion motor technology development directly affects the upper limit of deep-sea exploration and development. In recent years, permanent magnet brushless DC motor has high efficiency and high power density. Double stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor, as a new structure motor, has strong overload capacity. The rotor inertia is small and the control mode is flexible, so it has great application value in the field of deep-sea propulsion. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic structure and principle of double-stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Through the analysis of the magnetic circuit structure and winding connection mode of the motor, the equivalent magnetic circuit diagram and the basic equation under the two-phase conduction mode are given. Secondly, the design method of the double-stator motor is studied. Aiming at the small size and light weight of deep-sea motor, the speed of motor design is improved, and a single stator motor is designed according to the structural design scheme with reducer. Based on the method of equivalent magnetic circuit, the main dimensions, the selection of electromagnetic load, the design method of stator and rotor and permanent magnet are studied. The selection of slot number and pole number is analyzed emphatically, and the preliminary design scheme is obtained by road calculation. Then the finite element model of double stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor is established in ANSYS Maxwell. In the transient field simulation analysis of the motor no-load magnetic field and load operation performance obtained torque current and other related performance curves. At the same time the motor performance under different winding connection mode is analyzed. The effects of different parameters on the performance of motor, such as reverse EMF, torque ripple, magnetic flux leakage, efficiency and so on, are studied, and the motor parameters are adjusted. Finally, the torque ripple problem of motor is analyzed. The method of reducing the slotting torque of the motor is studied. Through the finite element simulation analysis, the variation law of the slotting torque under different suppression measures is obtained, which provides a reference for improving the steady-state operation performance of the motor. The double stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor improves the space material utilization ratio, has higher power torque density, and different winding connection mode makes the motor have a wider running speed range. It is very suitable for the characteristics of deep-sea propulsion motor and has a good application prospect.
