基于WIFI技术的微波炉控制电路设计

【摘要】:随着网络技术的发展和进步,物联网得到不断完善和升级,其应用也从工业领域逐渐走进了人们的日常工作和生活。与此同时,由于中国城市化的快速发展,经济结构的不断完善,人们的生活也相应地发生了变化,生活节奏的加快,使得人们花费在改善生活环境、饮食等家庭生活的时间在不断压缩,生活方式和消费行为发生了巨变。而此时,与互联网关联的智能家电产品走进人们的家庭生活就显得尤为重要。家用电器作为一种现代化的家庭必备器具,其与网络系统的连接已成为一种必然趋势,国内外的各大型家用电器公司也加大了新产品投入力度,推出了一系列的智能家电产品。WIFI是一种无线局域网技术,它通过无线网卡和无线接入点构成无线网络。WIFI模块在智能家电中的应用十分广泛,基于WIFI技术的物联网技术能够让人们的生活变得更加舒适和安全,家庭中的各种用电设备和传感器信息也能够透过WIFI技术进行远程的控制和传输,从而实现家庭网络的统一控制和管理。本文研究开发出一种基于WIFI技术的智能微波炉控制电路,用户可利用智能手机实现对微波炉的远程控制。用户在使用本产品前,需要在手机下载专门的APP软件并安装,通过扫描产品上的条码,连接对应的微波炉。连接成功后,用户即可通过手机远程进行微波炉的参数设置、运行状态查询、智能烹调等。此课题完成的内容包括硬件电路设计、软件系统开发、通信协议搭建等,最终实现了一个功能相对完善、带有WIFI控制功能的微波炉控制电路。通过试验测试,结果表明该电路通用性强、成本低、功耗小、性能独特等优点,具有很强的市场竞争力和推广价值。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of network technology, the Internet of things has been continuously improved and upgraded, and its application has gradually stepped into people's daily work and life from the industrial field. At the same time, due to the rapid development of urbanization in China. With the continuous improvement of economic structure, people's life has changed accordingly, and the pace of life has accelerated, making people spend more and more time on improving their living environment, diet and other family life. Life style and consumption behavior have changed dramatically. At this time, it is particularly important for intelligent household appliances connected with the Internet to come into people's family life. Its connection with the network system has become an inevitable trend, domestic and foreign large household appliances companies have also increased investment in new products. A series of smart appliance products. WiFi is a kind of wireless LAN technology. It is widely used in smart home appliances through wireless network card and wireless access point. The Internet of things technology based on WIFI technology can make people's life more comfortable and safe. All kinds of electrical equipment and sensor information in the home can also be controlled and transmitted remotely through WIFI technology. In order to realize the unified control and management of home network, this paper studies and develops an intelligent microwave oven control circuit based on WIFI technology. Users can use smart phones to achieve remote control of microwave ovens. Before using this product, users need to download special APP software and install it on their mobile phones, and scan the bar codes on the products. Connect the corresponding microwave oven. After the connection is successful, the user can remotely set the parameters of the microwave oven through the mobile phone, running status query, intelligent cooking, etc. The contents of this project include hardware circuit design. Finally, a microwave oven control circuit with WIFI control function is realized by software system development, communication protocol construction and so on. The test results show that the circuit is universal. Low cost, low power consumption, unique performance and other advantages, with strong market competitiveness and promotion value.
