高效反渗透组合工艺在火电厂废水零排放中的应用

【摘要】：内蒙古某电厂采用石灰软化+过滤+离子交换+高效反渗透工艺处理高含盐废水。介绍了工艺流程和出水水质,并对系统进行性能试验。结果表明,该废水零排放系统运行稳定,高效反渗透装置回收率≥95%,脱盐率≥90%,出水水质指标符合回用要求,能够满足生产需要。
