智能化配电网线路状态监测系统设计与应用

【摘要】:配电线路是联络电网与用户的桥梁,也是决定用户供电质量和供电可靠性的重要环节。随着配网自动化技术的应用与成熟,当发生配电网速断故障时,主站可以通过配网自动化终端上传的数据进行分析,确定故障区段并采用隔离措施,但配网自动化发展仍存在发展不全面、网架规划不合理等问题。在我国,配电网中性点主要采取非有效接地方式,一旦出现接地故障,故障准确定位存在一定的困难,不仅延长了故障处理时间,也增加了运维人员的工作负担。本文针对查找配网架空线路故障点困难的问题,通过研究状态监测系统,帮助运维人员及时了解配网故障状态,快速准确的判断故障,特别是接地故障的线路选择,具体做了以下几方面的工作:首先,对配电网的中性点接地方式及现有小电流接地系统的接地选线方法作了研究。目前我国配电网主要为中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地,现有的接地选线方法各有优缺点且无法保证选线正确率100%。其次,对智能化配网线路状态监测系统进行了研究。分别从状态监测系统功能需求、功能实现原理、系统设计与实现进行了研究,通过对传统故障指示器原理及配网自动化系统进行结合、改造,并利用人工神经网络方法判断系统接地,给出了智能化配网线路状态监测系统具体实施方案。再次,将智能化配网线路状态监测系统在日照地区进行了实际应用,通过实际案例验证了状态监测系统的有效性。从经济效益来看,监测系统可以快速定位故障,减少了停电时间及范围,减轻了配网运维单位的人力、物力,提高了电力企业效益;从社会效益来看,进一步缩短停电时间,树立了电力企业高效、负责的形象。最后,对本文进行了总结同时对智能化配网线路状态监测系统进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Distribution line is a bridge between power network and users, and also an important link to determine the quality and reliability of power supply. With the application and maturity of distribution automation technology, when the distribution network speed failure occurs. The main station can analyze the data uploaded by the distribution automation terminal, determine the fault section and adopt isolation measures, but the development of distribution automation still has some problems, such as incomplete development and unreasonable planning of grid. The neutral point of distribution network mainly adopts the non-effective grounding mode. Once there is a grounding fault, there are some difficulties in the accurate location of the fault, which not only prolongs the processing time of the fault. This paper aims at the difficult problem of finding fault point of distribution network overhead line, through studying the condition monitoring system, it helps the operator to understand the fault state of distribution network in time. Quickly and accurately judge the fault, especially the line selection of the grounding fault, and do the following work: first of all. The neutral grounding mode of distribution network and the grounding selection method of existing small current grounding system are studied. At present, the distribution network in China is mainly neutral ungrounded or grounded by arc-suppression coil. The existing grounding line selection methods have advantages and disadvantages and can not guarantee the accuracy of line selection 100. Secondly, the intelligent distribution network line condition monitoring system is studied, respectively from the functional requirements of the status monitoring system. The principle of function realization, system design and implementation are studied. The traditional fault indicator principle and distribution automation system are combined and reformed, and the artificial neural network method is used to judge the grounding of the system. The implementation scheme of intelligent distribution line condition monitoring system is given. Thirdly, the intelligent distribution line condition monitoring system is applied in Rizhao area. From the economic benefit, the monitoring system can quickly locate the fault, reduce the time and scope of power outage, and reduce the manpower and material resources of the distribution network operation and maintenance unit. The efficiency of electric power enterprises is improved; From the point of view of social benefits, it further shortens the blackout time and sets up the image of high efficiency and responsibility of electric power enterprises. Finally, the paper summarizes the situation monitoring system of intelligent distribution network line.
