一种具有宽输入电压范围的集成Buck-Boost LLC级联变换器

【摘要】:研究一种集成Buck-Boost LLC(integrated Buck-Boost LLC,IBBLLC)变换器。该变换器适用于宽输入电压范围场合的应用,通过开关管的共用变换器减少了开关管数量。通过采用PWM+Phase-Shift控制,使得原边各个开关管在全输入电压和全负载范围内均能够实现零电压开通(zero voltage switching,ZVS)。文中首先介绍变换器的拓扑结构及直流增益。其次详细分析变换器的工作模式及前级电感Lb对变换器性能的影响,为变换器参数的选取提供了理论依据。此外,研究变换器的ZVS特性,给出变换器能够实现ZVS的工作区域。最后搭建一台200~450 V输入、14 V/80 A输出的实验样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性及方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:An integrated Buck-Boost LLC(integrated Buck-Boost LLC converter is studied. The converter is suitable for wide input voltage range applications. It reduces the number of switch transistors by means of common converters with switch transistors. PWM Phase-Shift control is used to control the converters. In this paper, the topology structure and DC gain of the converter are introduced firstly, and the operation mode of the converter is analyzed in detail. The influence of the former inductor Lb on the performance of the converter, It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of converter parameters. In addition, the ZVS characteristics of the converter are studied, and the working area of the ZVS is given. Finally, an experimental prototype of the output of the 200V 450V input / 14V / 80A converter is built. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the scheme.
