考虑吸收能量估算的金属氧化物避雷器模型准确性分析

【摘要】:为研究金属氧化物避雷器(metal-oxide arrester,MOA)仿真模型在估计残压的同时能否准确估算MOA的吸收能量,该文采用非线性电阻模型和3种常用的MOA动态模型,即IEEE模型、Pinceti模型和Fernandez模型,估算不同用途的MOA限压元件 金属氧化物压敏电阻(metal-oxide varistors,MOV)在8/20μs标准雷电波、30/60μs操作波和波头时间约1μs的陡波冲击电流下的残压和吸收能量,并和试验测量结果对比分析。结果表明,IEEE模型能准确估计低压浪涌保护器用MOV的残压,而Pinceti模型只在8/20μs电流下较准确。估算输配电线路避雷器用MOV的吸收能量时,只有非线性电阻和Fernandez模型在8/20μs电流下有较高的准确性;而估算低压MOV的吸收能量时,非线性电阻模型比动态模型准确。因此可以得出,高、低压MOV的残压预测均可用IEEE模型;估算低压MOV的吸收能量可用非线性电阻模型;而估算高压MOV的吸收能量时,建议对动态模型的两个非线性元件A0和A1的参数做进一步优化和调整。
[Abstract]:In order to study whether the metal oxide arrester MOA (metal oxide arrester MOA) simulation model can accurately estimate the absorption energy of MOA while estimating the residual voltage, the nonlinear resistor model and three commonly used MOA dynamic models, IEEE model, Pinceti model and Fernandez model, are used in this paper. The residual voltage and absorption energy of metal-oxide varistors (MOVs) for different uses of MOA voltage limiting elements are estimated at 8/20 渭 s standard lightning wave at 30 / 60 渭 s operating wave and wave head time of about 1 渭 s. The results show that the residual voltage of MOV for low-voltage surge protectors can be accurately estimated by the MOV model, while the Pinceti model is only accurate at 8/20 渭 s current. When estimating the absorbed energy of the MOV used in surge arresters for transmission and distribution lines, the results show that the model can accurately estimate the residual voltage of the MOV used in the low-voltage surge protectors. Only the nonlinear resistor and Fernandez model have higher accuracy at 8/20 渭 s current, while the nonlinear resistance model is more accurate than the dynamic model in estimating the absorption energy of low voltage MOV. Therefore, it can be concluded that the residual pressure prediction of high and low voltage MOV can be predicted by IEEE model. The absorption energy of low-voltage MOV can be estimated by nonlinear resistance model, and the parameters of two nonlinear elements A _ 0 and A _ 1 of the dynamic model should be further optimized and adjusted when estimating the absorption energy of high-voltage MOV.
