大规模风电并网下的抽水蓄能机组调频控制研究

【摘要】:大规模风电接入对电力系统的频率造成影响。抽水蓄能机组由于其出力响应迅速、调节灵活等特性,在风电功率波动的调节中具有重要作用。该文针对短时风电功率波动对电力系统造成的频率扰动问题,提出抽水蓄能机组频率调节的鲁棒控制策略。通过建立电力系统整体状态方程,并考虑风电功率波动特性和抽水蓄能电站动态特性,采用基于线性矩阵不等式(linear matrix inequality,LMI)的H∞鲁棒控制算法,对抽水蓄能机组一次调频控制方程进行求解。利用IEEE39节点系统进行仿真验证,结果表明提出的鲁棒控制策略能有效地减小风电功率波动造成的系统频率偏差,提高了抽水蓄能机组对短时风电功率波动的调节响应性能。
[Abstract]:Large-scale wind power access has an impact on the frequency of power systems. Pumped storage units have the characteristics of quick response to force, flexible regulation, and so on.
