风电参与提供柔性爬坡容量的调度模型与策略

【摘要】:随着风电渗透率的增长,对系统柔性调度提出了更严格的要求,由常规机组提供的柔性爬坡容量更加不足。为了满足系统对柔性爬坡容量不断增长的需求,可以考虑让风电参与提供爬坡容量。对风电参与提供爬坡容量的系统实时运行过程进行建模,考虑到负荷及风电的不确定性,以两阶段随机性模型来描述实时机组组合及实时经济调度。第一阶段代表实时机组组合过程,保证在第二阶段实时经济调度过程中可以提供足够的爬坡容量。探讨了风电参与提供爬坡容量的调度策略,仿真分析表明,风电参与提供爬坡容量可有效提高风电场及系统运行整体经济效益。
[Abstract]:With the increase of wind power permeability, more strict requirements are put forward for the flexible dispatching of the system, and the flexible climbing capacity provided by the conventional units is even less. In order to meet the increasing demand for the flexible climbing capacity of the system, Consideration could be given to involving wind power in providing climbing capacity. Modeling the real-time operation process of a system that participates in providing climbing capacity, taking into account the uncertainty of load and wind power, A two-stage stochastic model is used to describe the real-time unit combination and real-time economic dispatch. The first stage represents the real-time unit combination process. It is ensured that sufficient climbing capacity can be provided in the second stage real-time economic dispatching process. The scheduling strategy of wind power participating in the provision of climbing capacity is discussed. The simulation results show that, The participation of wind power in providing climbing capacity can effectively improve the overall economic benefit of wind farm and system operation.
