【摘要】：互联网时代的到来,为企业商业模式创新提供了机会。运用扎根理论研究方法,选取海尔为研究对象,按照价值主张、价值来源、价值生产、价值交换的商业模式创新脉络,构建起以多元化商业创新平台为核心的因果层-战略层-行动层-支撑层交互时空层次结构,强调企业向上管理不确定环境、平台聚合多元价值、隐性资源厚积薄发是互联网时代商业模式创新的关键。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the Internet age provides an opportunity for enterprise business model innovation. With the application of rooted theory research method, Haier is selected as the research object, according to the value proposition, value source, value production, value exchange business model innovation context, This paper constructs an interactive spatio-temporal hierarchy of causality layer, strategy layer, action layer and support layer with the core of diversified business innovation platform, emphasizes the uncertain environment of enterprise management upward, and aggregates the multiple value of the platform. Recessive resources are the key to the innovation of business model in the Internet era.
