基于OMAP-L138和ADE7880的电能质量在线监测系统设计

【摘要】:电能质量已成为当前电力系统的热门话题,无论是供电企业还是电力用户都对电能质量带来的影响有了足够的重视。与此同时,电能质量的监测却面临着成本高居不下的问题,这使得普通电力用户无法组网监测自身多个区域完整的电能质量,也导致用户不能对自身设备的运行状况进行监视和诊断。针对这一现状,本文提出了一种低成本、精度符合国标要求的可监测用户自身主要电能质量指标的解决方案,并最终开发完成了一套电能质量在线监测系统。首先,本文分析了国内外电能质量监测系统/装置的现状和我国电能质量国家标准,介绍了电能质量指标的测量、计算方法,为本文监测系统的开发提供了理论依据。通过考察嵌入式处理器发展的最新架构,提出了一种使用OMAP-L138和ADE7880的电能质量监测系统方案。随后,设计了本系统的监测装置部分,包括信号转换电路,实现了电压电流信号的转换和采集、电能质量指标的计算;还包括嵌入式系统,实现了对ADE7880的调控和数据交互、大容量存储以及与远程数据中心的命令/数据交互。此外,还设计了基于LabVIEW平台的数据中心程序,实现了对所有监测点电能质量各项指标的实时显示、历史数据调取和分析等功能,并包含权限管理。最后,通过实验验证,表明了该系统设计方案合理、功能完善、精度符合国家标准要求。
[Abstract]:Power quality has become a hot topic in current power system. Both power supply enterprises and power users have paid enough attention to the impact of power quality. At the same time, the monitoring of power quality is facing the problem of high cost. This makes it impossible for ordinary electric power users to network and monitor the complete power quality of their own multiple areas, and it also leads to the inability of users to monitor and diagnose the operation status of their own equipment. In view of this situation, a low cost is proposed in this paper. A solution that can monitor the main power quality indexes of the users according to the requirements of the national standard is developed and a set of online power quality monitoring system is developed. First of all, This paper analyzes the present situation of domestic and international power quality monitoring system / equipment and the national standard of power quality, and introduces the measurement and calculation method of power quality index. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the development of this monitoring system. By reviewing the latest architecture of embedded processor development, a power quality monitoring system using OMAP-L138 and ADE7880 is proposed. Then, the monitoring device of the system is designed. It includes signal conversion circuit, voltage and current signal conversion and acquisition, power quality index calculation, embedded system, ADE7880 control and data exchange. In addition, a data center program based on LabVIEW platform is designed, which can display all the power quality indexes of monitoring points in real time. The functions of historical data retrieval and analysis include authority management. Finally, the experimental results show that the system design is reasonable, the function is perfect, and the precision is in line with the national standard.
