基于气质联用的带电清洗剂组分及挥发性能测试

【摘要】:目前厂家生产的带电清洗剂产品性能差异较大,给安全高效开展高压绝缘子带电清洗剂清洗造成了隐患。为此开展了带电清洗剂组分和挥发性测试,利用气质联用(GC-MS)技术分析得到了4种带电清洗剂主要组分和含量,对清洗剂组分的物理性质和化学性质进行了比较,并对它们的挥发性进行了测试和定量分析。结果表明:4种清洗剂中,1号带电清洗剂的组分除四氯乙烯(质量分数为65.35%)外还有二氯甲烷(质量分数为15.69%)、长链烷烃(质量分数为15.05%)及极少量的丁醇(质量分数为0.93%),2号和4号带电清洗剂的组分分别是三氟三氯乙烷和四氯乙烯,3号带电清洗剂的主要组分除了三氟三氯乙烷(质量分数为93.13%)外,还有少量的丙醇(质量分数为6.87%);4种带电清洗剂中,3号带电清洗剂挥发速度最快,4号清洗剂的挥发速度最慢,3号清洗剂在30℃、40℃和50℃时的挥发速度分别为91.0 g/(h·m~2)、136.5 g/(h·m~2)、164.3 g/(h·m~2),4号清洗剂在30℃、40℃和50℃时的挥发速度分别为55.6 g/(h·m~2)、85.9 g/(h·m~2)和139 g/(h·m~2)。研究结果对于认识清洗剂清洗组分、挥发特性及带电清洗作业人员的安全防护具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a great difference in the performance of live cleaning agents produced by manufacturers, which causes a hidden danger for the safe and efficient cleaning of high-voltage insulator live cleaning agents. For this reason, tests have been carried out on the components and volatility of live cleaning agents. The main components and contents of four kinds of charged cleaning agents were obtained by GC-MS, and the physical and chemical properties of the components were compared. In addition to tetrachloroethylene (mass fraction 65.35), dichloromethane (mass fraction 15.69g / L), long chain alkanes (LCAs) were also found in the four kinds of cleaning agents, the results showed that the components of No. 1 charged cleaning agent were in addition to tetrachloroethylene (mass fraction 65.35).
