基于GO法的智能变电站继电保护系统可靠性研究

【摘要】:继电保护系统是电力系统构成的重要部分之一,它的主要作用是为了在电网中由于各种意外因素产生事故时,能够及时发出指令,让断路器执行开合闸的操作,可以使得电网的安全运行得到保障。传统变电站与智能变电站在原件和结构有很大的不同。通过对智能变电站中的继电保护系统进行测试并得到系统运行可靠性的评估报告,可以发现并改进继电保护系统中所暴露出来的需要改进的地方,让继电保护系统能够更为有效地工作,使得整个电网能够处在更加安全经济的工作状态。在对智能变电站继电保护系统配置及构成的研究现状总结分析的基础上,本文引入GO法更加深入地对智能变电站继电保护系统的运行可靠性进行计算分析。论文主要包括以下内容:①分析了智能变电站中的保护系统配置及网络构造,介绍了智能变电站继电保护系统的主要组成,并与传统变电站的保护系统进行了对比,着重对两种变电站的差异进行了介绍。②介绍了GO法的基本理念及和工作原理,重点解释了存在共有信号的概率算法,提出GO法定量计算公式,在此基础上建立了基于改进GO法的用来分析继电保护系统运行是否运行可靠性以及哪种系统更加优异的研究模型。③本文是以220 kV拱东智能变电站保护的构建参考,采用GO法定量计算的方法,分别对主变、线路以及母线保护三种保护系统进行了计算分析,并得出其运行可靠性,通过对计算结果的分析可以得知:线路保护的运行可靠性比于其他保护更高一点,母线保护运行可靠性稍微低一点,主要是因为它涉及的电器元件太多运行可靠性,最后根据计算所得到的运行可靠性分析报告提出具体措施,用以提高继电保护系统的运行可靠性。
[Abstract]:The relay protection system is one of the important parts of the power system. Its main function is to make the circuit breaker carry out the operation of opening and closing in time when accidents occur due to various unexpected factors in the power network. The traditional substation is different from the intelligent substation in the original part and the structure. By testing the relay protection system in the intelligent substation and obtaining the evaluation report of the system operation reliability, You can identify and improve what needs to be improved in the relay protection system, so that the relay protection system can work more effectively. So that the whole power network can be in a more safe and economical working state. On the basis of the summary and analysis of the configuration and composition of relay protection system in intelligent substation, In this paper, go method is introduced to calculate and analyze the reliability of relay protection system in intelligent substation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The configuration of protection system and network structure in intelligent substation are analyzed as follows: 1. This paper introduces the main composition of intelligent substation relay protection system, and compares it with the traditional substation protection system. The difference between the two substations is emphatically introduced. 2. The basic concept and working principle of go method are introduced. In this paper, the probabilistic algorithm for the existence of common signals is explained, and the calculation formula of go method is put forward. On this basis, a research model based on improved go method is established to analyze whether the relay protection system is running reliably and which system is more excellent. 3 this paper is a reference for the construction of 220 kV Gongdong intelligent substation protection. By using go method of calculation, the main transformer, circuit and busbar protection system are calculated and analyzed, and the reliability of the system is obtained. Through the analysis of the calculation results, we can know that the operational reliability of line protection is higher than that of other protection, and the operation reliability of bus protection is slightly lower, mainly because it involves too many electrical components. Finally, according to the operational reliability analysis report obtained from the calculation, concrete measures are put forward to improve the operational reliability of the relay protection system.
