饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器的性能参数设计与实验

【摘要】:为解决系统短路电流过大、传统饱和铁心型故障限流器限流效果和经济性不理想等问题,提出一种饱和铁心桥式故障限流器(BSFCL)。相比传统饱和铁心型故障限流器,该限流器采用桥式结构,可有效减小限流器的体积和成本;通过外加限流电感,有效提高了限流器的限流效果。首先分析饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器的工作原理,然后建立限流器的磁路模型,并对限流器性能参数进行详细分析和设计。在此基础上,基于Ansoft建立饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器的场路耦合仿真模型,通过仿真说明其工作原理和良好的性能,并分析不同参数对限流器限流效果的影响。最后研制了一台220V/20A饱和铁心型桥式故障限流器实验样机,实验结果验证了所提结构和方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as too large short circuit current in the system and unsatisfactory current limiting effect and economy of traditional saturated core fault current limiter, a kind of saturated iron core bridge fault current limiter (BSFCLL) is proposed, which is compared with traditional saturated iron core fault current limiter. The current limiter adopts bridge structure, which can effectively reduce the volume and cost of the current limiter, and effectively improves the current limiting effect of the current limiter by applying the current limiting inductance. Firstly, the working principle of the saturated iron core bridge fault current limiter is analyzed. Then the magnetic circuit model of the current limiter is established, and the performance parameters of the current limiter are analyzed and designed in detail. Based on this, the field circuit coupling simulation model of the saturated iron core bridge fault limiter is established based on Ansoft. The working principle and good performance are illustrated by simulation, and the influence of different parameters on the current limiting effect of the current limiter is analyzed. Finally, a 220 V / 20A saturated iron core bridge fault current limiter is developed. The experimental results show that the proposed structure and method are effective.
