基于RMxprt磁路法的双定子永磁无刷直流电机设计方法

【摘要】:双定子永磁无刷直流电机(DS-PMBL)因其高机械集成度、高转矩密度而具有较高的应用价值。但其特殊的结构,难以用现有的设计程序进行电磁设计。将基于Ansys软件中的RMxprt模块并结合传统磁路计算法,借助定子裂比优化法探讨将DS-PMBL拆分成两个单定子永磁无刷直流电机(内电机和外电机),分别展开设计,最终将两个设计方案合理拼接成DS-PMBL模型,并通过相关仿真试验验证模型的性能。
[Abstract]:Double stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor (DS-PMBLM) has high application value because of its high mechanical integration and high torque density. It is difficult to use the existing design program for electromagnetic design. Based on the RMxprt module in Ansys software and the traditional magnetic circuit calculation method, With the help of the stator split ratio optimization method, this paper discusses how to split DS-PMBL into two single-stator permanent magnet brushless DC motors (inner motor and outer motor) and design them separately. Finally, the two design schemes are connected into DS-PMBL model reasonably. The performance of the model is verified by simulation experiments.
