基于全桥隔离双向变换器的直流变换技术

【摘要】:针对全桥隔离双向变换器移相角调节范围选取问题进行了深入研究。根据同一传输功率下变换器电流应力最小原则,确定了移相角调节范围。针对变换器采用全桥移相控制方式时,产生无功环流的问题进行了定量分析,研究了无功功率的变化规律。基于全桥隔离双向变换器,提出了变开关频率的蓄电池最优充放电管理方案,提高了变换器充放电效率,同时延长了蓄电池使用寿命。最后,搭建了2.5k W实验平台并进行了相关实验,实验结果验证了以上理论分析的正确性。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of minimum current stress under the same transmission power, the selection of the range of phase-shift angle adjustment for the full-bridge isolated bidirectional converter is studied. The range of phase shift angle regulation is determined. The reactive power circulation is quantitatively analyzed and the variation rule of reactive power is studied. Based on the full-bridge isolated bidirectional converter, The optimal charging and discharging management scheme of battery with variable switching frequency is proposed, which improves the efficiency of the converter and prolongs the battery service life. Finally, a 2.5kW experimental platform is built and related experiments are carried out. The experimental results verify the correctness of the above theoretical analysis.
