基于多目标优化的家庭能量管理系统调度模型及算法研究

【摘要】:近年来智能电网建设如火如茶,分布式电源逐渐进入家庭,智能家居设备在家庭中发展势头良好。家庭能量管理系统即在智能电网与智能家居的基础上发展起来,为用户提供智能用电方式的能量管理系统。用户通过家庭能量管理系统可以对家庭中的设备进行远程监控,实现对电网的需求响应,还能达到家庭的节能化、环保化、智能化。家庭能量管理系统实现智能化用电的关键在于优化调度功能,这已经成为一个研究热点。本文在对相关研究进行认真学习的基础上,首先对包含光伏发电系统、电动汽车以及其他负荷的家庭能量管理系统设计了拓扑结构,并考虑了家庭中具体的用电线路。结合实时电价信息,考虑用户可能存在的两种用电目标:用电费用最小化和碳排放最小化,将这两个目标分别与家庭用电安全性目标进行结合,得到了费用最小化与用电安全性多目标优化模型、碳排放最小化与用电安全性多目标优化模型。最后运用多目标优化方法中的约束法将多目标优化模型进行转换求解,验证了模型能够求得保障家庭用电安全性的最优调度结果。在对单个家庭进行能量管理研究的基础上,积极对家庭光伏集群能量管理进行研究。将多目标优化模型在最简单的由两个家庭组成的能量管理系统中进行了推广应用,验证了能量管理系统在两个家庭中应用的可能性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of smart grid is as hot as tea, the distributed generation is gradually entering the home, and the smart home equipment is developing well in the home. The home energy management system is developed on the basis of smart grid and smart home. The energy management system provides the intelligent power consumption mode for the user. Through the home energy management system, the user can carry on the remote monitoring to the equipment in the home, realize the response to the demand of the power grid, also can achieve the energy saving and the environmental protection of the home. The key of intelligent energy management system is to optimize the dispatching function, which has become a research hotspot. The family energy management system for electric vehicles and other loads designs a topology and takes into account the specific power lines in the home. Considering two kinds of electricity consumption goals that the user may have: minimizing the cost of electricity and minimizing the carbon emission, the two goals are combined with the safety goal of the household electricity respectively, and the multi-objective optimization model of the cost minimization and the power safety is obtained. The multi-objective optimization model of carbon emission minimization and power safety is used. Finally, the multi-objective optimization model is transformed and solved by using the constraint method in the multi-objective optimization method. It is verified that the model can obtain the optimal scheduling results to ensure the safety of household power consumption. Based on the research of energy management for a single household, The multi-objective optimization model is popularized and applied in the most simple energy management system composed of two families, which verifies the possibility of the application of the energy management system in two families.
