盘式对转双转子永磁同步电机的设计和特性分析

【摘要】:针对一种对转螺旋桨驱动用盘式对转双转子永磁同步电机进行了分析,提出了该电机的基本设计方法,得到了电机主要尺寸参数的设计方程;利用有限元软件对该电机进行了三维建模和动态仿真分析,得到了其磁路特性和主要性能参数,并重点分析了两个永磁转子存在位置差时电机总反电动势波形的特点,利用有限元结果对永磁转子所受的轴向磁拉力进行了计算和分析;最后对所设计的2.2 k W电机样机进行了试验验证。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of a kind of disc rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for propeller drive, the basic design method of the motor is put forward, and the design equation of the main dimension parameters of the motor is obtained. The 3D modeling and dynamic simulation of the motor are carried out by using the finite element software, and the magnetic circuit characteristics and main performance parameters are obtained. The characteristics of the total EMF waveform of the motor when the two permanent magnetic rotors are different in position are analyzed emphatically. The axial magnetic pull force of the permanent magnet rotor is calculated and analyzed by finite element method, and the 2.2 kW motor prototype is tested and verified.
