低温烟气有机郎肯循环系统热力性能与经济性的对比分析

【摘要】:以工业低温烟气余热有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电系统为研究对象,选取了两组共4种工质,基于热源参数分别对系统热力性能及经济性指标进行计算,分析不同工质系统的热经济性与经济性指标的变化,对4种工质的热力性能指标、经济性指标以及最佳工况进行对比分析。结果表明,同组工质的净功量和热耗率变化相似且数值接近,但电力生产成本和投资回收期差别较大。同一工质的最佳热经济性工况和最佳经济性工况存在差异,在本文条件下,工质最佳经济性工况下的蒸发温度高于最佳热经济性工况下的蒸发温度约8~10℃。R600a为所选4种工质中兼顾经济性与热经济性的最佳工质,采用R236ea的系统热力性能好于R600,而采用R600的系统电力生产成本始终低于R236ea,R600相比于R236ea具有明显的经济性优势。
[Abstract]:Taking the industrial low temperature flue gas waste heat organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system as the research object, two groups of four working fluids were selected to calculate the thermodynamic performance and economic performance of the system based on the heat source parameters. The thermal economic and economic indexes of different working fluid systems are analyzed, and the thermodynamic performance index, economic performance index and optimum working condition of the four working fluids are compared and analyzed. The variation of the net work quantity and heat consumption rate of the same working fluid is similar and the value is similar, but the power production cost and the investment payback period are quite different. There are differences between the optimum thermal economic conditions and the optimal economic conditions of the same working fluid.
