河北某发电公司可持续发展研究

【摘要】:随着“供给侧改革”和国家“十三五能源规划”的颁布,电力市场正在逐步改革,形成以“节能减排、保护环境、走可持续发展”为核心的市场准则。河北某发电公司作为中国某电力集团在河北的分支机构,下辖着X电厂、Y电厂和Z清洁能源分公司,河北的重要能源企业,如何保障在电力市场中可持续发展,是值得河北某发电公司思考的问题。本文将借助相关管理理论,结合河北某发电公司的实际情况进行分析,觅寻出阻碍电力市场的问题,并从电力成本、电力市场结构、电力市场评价体系、与环境的协调等方面提出相关策略,力取为河北某发电公司的可持续发展提出参考和借鉴。首先,对本文的研究背景和研究意义进行概述,以及简单的介绍本文的创新点和不足,通过以可持续发展为核心的理念,相关管理学的研究方法,对河北某发电公司的内外部环境进行分析,即宏观环境(EPEST分析法)分析、行业环境分析、行业竞争对手分析、机构设置分析、经营情况分析、产业概况、设备状态、财务及资本运营分析、技术开发分析等,从而可以全面的把握河北某发电公司的实际情况,进一步利用SWOT矩阵理论,对某发电公司分公司的电力市场进行剖析,在此基础上,发现并总结出对河北某发电公司电力市场上与存在与可持续发展的要求相矛盾与不符之处。其次,在可持续发展的前提下,就河北某发电公司存在的问题,如在经济发展新常态和电力市场改革的新形势下,用户对电量的需求增长放缓,个人需求量基本饱和,导致发电设备利用小时同比大幅下降,用户或企业的交易电量比例大幅增加,煤电联动电价大幅下调,新能源项竞争激烈等,针对具体的问题,采取相对应的的策略,为河北某发电公司的可持续发展提供导向。最后,为河北某发电公司的可持续发展,提出了在生产安全、经营安全、政治安全和形象安全的具体要求,并加快调整不适应市场竞争改革的思维、组织和体制机制等,继续提升安全绩效、继续降低成本,全力提升企业竞争力,确保在竞争中占据优势地位。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation of the "supply-side reform" and the "13th Five-Year Energy Plan", the electricity market is gradually reformed to "save energy and reduce emissions, protect the environment," A power generation company in Hebei Province, as a branch of a Chinese power group in Hebei, is under the jurisdiction of the X Power Plant and the Z Clean Energy Branch, which is an important energy enterprise in Hebei. How to ensure the sustainable development in the electric power market is a problem worthy of consideration by a power generation company in Hebei Province. This paper will use the relevant management theory to analyze the actual situation of a power generation company in Hebei Province, and find out the problems that hinder the electricity market. And put forward the relevant strategies from the aspects of power cost, electricity market structure, power market evaluation system, coordination with environment, etc., and put forward the reference and reference for the sustainable development of a power generation company in Hebei Province. This paper summarizes the research background and significance of this paper, as well as a brief introduction of the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper, through the concept of sustainable development as the core, related management research methods, This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of a power generation company in Hebei Province, that is, the macro environment analysis, the industry environment analysis, the industry competition analysis, the organization setting analysis, the business situation analysis, the industry general situation, the equipment state, Financial and capital operation analysis, technology development analysis and so on, so as to comprehensively grasp the actual situation of a power generation company in Hebei Province, and further use the SWOT matrix theory to analyze the electricity market of a branch of a power generation company, on the basis of which, Find and sum up the contradiction and inconsistency between the existence and the sustainable development in the electric power market of a power generation company in Hebei Province. Secondly, under the premise of sustainable development, the problems existing in a power generation company in Hebei Province are discussed. For example, under the new normal of economic development and the new situation of electricity market reform, the growth of consumer demand for electricity has slowed down, and the personal demand has basically become saturated, resulting in a sharp decline in the hours of utilization of power generation equipment compared with the same period last year. The proportion of electricity traded by users or enterprises has increased substantially, the electricity price of coal-power linkage has been reduced substantially, the competition for new energy items has been fierce, and so on. In view of the specific problems, we should adopt corresponding strategies. To provide guidance for the sustainable development of a power generation company in Hebei. Finally, for the sustainable development of a power generation company in Hebei, the specific requirements for production safety, operation safety, political safety and image security are put forward. We should speed up the adjustment of the thinking, organization and system mechanism which can not adapt to the reform of market competition, continue to improve the safety performance, continue to reduce costs, and strive to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so as to ensure that they occupy a dominant position in the competition.
