面向智能水电站的在线监测状态实时自动巡检方法与应用

【摘要】:巡检是保障水电站安全的重要手段。文中在总结水电站巡检方法的基础上,根据系统构成与行为关系模型,利用在线监测系统纵向追忆和横向关联的优势,提出了综合状态和性能的巡检分析方法。该方法在智能水电站一体化信息平台下,首先通过有效性检查及冗余切换对数据进行甄别与容错;然后,一方面自动采用动态阈值分析与相似影响因子趋势分析检测系统状态异常,另一方面通过宏试验或根据经验模型自动计算系统执行任务的性能指标,并检测性能越限及性能降低程度;最后,根据状态及性能检测结果,发出报警信息;同时,通过数据关联与数据同步,有效提升了状态数据的关联性,进而为故障诊断提供决策支持。基于该方法开发的智能化巡检系统已应用于葛洲坝电站。
[Abstract]:The inspection is an important means to ensure the safety of the hydropower station. This paper summarizes the inspection method on hydropower station, according to the system structure and behavior model, the use of online monitoring system for longitudinal and transverse recall associated advantages, puts forward the comprehensive inspection status and performance analysis method. The method of integrated information platform in intelligent hydropower station. Firstly, the validity check and screening of redundant switching and fault tolerant data; then, the abnormal state detection system analysis of dynamic threshold analysis and similarity factor trend automatically using the one hand, on the other hand through the macro test or empirical model based on the automatic calculation of performance index system to perform the task, and the detection performance of limit and reduce the degree of performance; finally, according to the test results and performance of the alarm information; at the same time, through the data synchronization and data association, effectively enhance the state data off It provides decision support for fault diagnosis. The intelligent inspection system developed based on this method has been applied to the Gezhouba Dam power station.
