特高压变电设备状态监测预警平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:变电设备在特高压工程中处于关键地位,其可靠运行决定着整个特高压系统的安全和稳定。随着特高压工程的大规模建设,以及对供电可靠性、安全性、经济性等的要求越来越高,对变电设备的运行状态进行监测有很强的必要性。实时的监测能够对变电设备的故障进行准确的分析和诊断,及时进行维护,确保其正常运行。预警平台有助于实现特高压变电设备稳定运行及状态信息的共享和及时、有效利用,完善特高压变电设备状态评估技术。依据国家电网发布的一些通知和准则,本文依据实际情况详细分析了国网推荐的SOA架构模型、SG-UAP平台和相关标准并采用了它们,它们能够满足预警平台的需求,在构建系统时便捷高效;同时在可视化技术展现方面,采用了来自百度商业前端数据可视化团队的Echarts,它赋予了用户对数据进行挖掘、整合的能力。其次,在标准接口接入变电设备数据的基础上,基于小波奇异度和故障度、D-S证据理论实现了一种可扩展的状态评价模型;之后,对预警平台进行了详细的架构设计,从技术总体架构、数据架构、服务架构、安全方案四个方面整合系统,在服务及其后台数据库之间采用1:1的关系。最后,对预警平台进行了架构和各功能模块的实现,同时保证了系统的负载均衡和高可用性,为特高压变电设备状态监测提供决策支持,提高设备的安全性和利用率。
[Abstract]:Substation equipment plays a key role in UHV engineering, and its reliable operation determines the safety and stability of the whole UHV system. With the large-scale construction of UHV project, the reliability and safety of UHV power supply, The requirement of economy is more and more high, so it is necessary to monitor the operating state of substation equipment. The real-time monitoring can accurately analyze and diagnose the fault of substation equipment, and maintain it in time. To ensure its normal operation. The early warning platform is helpful to realize the stable operation of UHV substation equipment and the sharing, timely and effective utilization of the status information. According to some notices and guidelines issued by State Grid, this paper analyzes the SOA architecture model recommended by China Power Network and its related standards in detail according to the actual situation, and adopts them. They can meet the needs of the early warning platform and are convenient and efficient in building the system. At the same time, in the visualization technology, the Echartsfrom Baidu commercial front-end data visualization team is adopted, which gives users the ability to mine the data. Secondly, based on the standard interface access to substation equipment data, based on wavelet singularity and fault degree D-S evidence theory to implement an extensible state evaluation model. The early warning platform is designed in detail, which integrates the system from four aspects: the overall technical architecture, the data architecture, the service architecture and the security scheme, and adopts the 1:1 relationship between the service and its backstage database. The structure and function modules of the early warning platform are implemented, and the load balance and high availability of the system are guaranteed, which provides decision support for the condition monitoring of UHV substation equipment, and improves the security and utilization ratio of the equipment.
