FBMMC直流故障穿越机理及故障清除策略

【摘要】:针对模块化多电平换流器型直流输电(MMC-HVDC)直流故障的快速清除,对全桥型模块化多电平换流器(FBMMC)直流故障机理及故障清除控制策略进行了研究。研究了全桥子模块的导通模式与运行特性;分析了闭锁前后直流侧双极短路故障机理、故障电流阻断原理和故障清除控制策略。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了仿真模型,对全桥子模块的运行特性、直流故障机理、故障清除及快速恢复策略进行了仿真分析,结果验证了所提策略在直流故障穿越方面的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the DC fault of MMC-HVDC, a modularized multilevel converter is proposed. The DC fault mechanism and fault clearing control strategy of full bridge modularized multilevel converter (FBMMC) are studied. The on mode and operation characteristics of full bridge module are studied, and the mechanism of DC side bipolar short circuit fault before and after locking is analyzed. Fault current blocking principle and fault clearing control strategy. The simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC, and the operation characteristics, DC fault mechanism, fault clearing and fast recovery strategy of the whole bridge module are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the proposed strategy is effective in DC fault traversing.
