基于FBG测温与热路模型的绕组热点温度研究

【摘要】:为了早期发现油浸式电力变压器长期运行时可能存在的异常温升,需对其热点温度进行监测与判断。利用光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感技术的绝缘性与耐高压特性,对变压器绕组与变压器油的温度进行监测。结合热电类比法建立变压器绕组与变压器油之间换热的热路模型,对变压器绕组热点位置及其温度进行分析。结果表明,变压器额定功率工作条件下,绕组热点位于距绕组底部45cm处,热点温度约为66.8℃;而工作在1.3倍额定功率时,热点位于40~45 cm之间,热点温度约为71.5℃。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the abnormal temperature rise of oil-immersed power transformer during its long term operation, it is necessary to monitor and judge the hot spot temperature. The insulation and high voltage resistance of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology are used. The temperature of transformer winding and transformer oil is monitored. The heat transfer model between transformer winding and transformer oil is established by thermoelectric analogy, and the hot spot and temperature of transformer winding are analyzed.
