分布式输电线路行波故障定位系统的研究与应用

【摘要】:输电线路发生故障时,快速对故障点进行精确定位,确定故障点准确位置对于输电线路状态运行、检修管理、提升生产运行管理精益化水平的至关重要,它不仅能够为快速抢修及时恢复电力供应争取时间而且能够为当前故障率较高的线路进行防雷设计提供重要的技术支撑。下面对本文的研究内容归纳如下:(1)首先,对行波故障测距的应用研究和发展趋势进行了综述,指出了当前行波故障测距现场应用尚待解决的技术难点。根据行波理论阐述了行波传输过程中产生衰减与畸变、折射与反射的原因,为分布式输电线路行波故障定位系统的研究提供了理论基础。(2)其次,针对行波故障测距现场应用中需要解决的技术问题展开研究,给出了所采用的技术方法和应用结果。主要有一是研制输电线路工频负荷电流14~1000A时输出功率2W的通信电源;二是阐述了行波电流传感器和工频电流传感器的设计并对其功能进行了相关验证性试验;三是从数据通信模块天线的选型和冗余设计两个方面给出了数据通信可靠性设计的策略。(3)最后,根据研制的输电线路行波故障定位系统样机在现场获取的行波电流数据和工频故障电流数据对行波故障案例进行分析,验证了研究工作的有效性
[Abstract]:When transmission line failure occurs, it is very important to locate the fault point accurately and determine the exact location of the fault point for the transmission line state operation, maintenance management, and improving the lean level of production operation management.It can not only buy time for rapid repair and timely restoration of power supply, but also provide important technical support for lightning protection design of current lines with high failure rate.The following research contents are summarized as follows: (1) first of all, the application research and development trend of traveling wave fault location are summarized, and the technical difficulties that need to be solved in the field application of traveling wave fault location are pointed out.According to the theory of traveling wave, the causes of attenuation and distortion, refraction and reflection in the course of traveling wave transmission are expounded, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of distributed traveling wave fault location system of transmission lines.The technical problems needed to be solved in the field application of traveling wave fault location are studied, and the technical methods and application results are given.One is to develop a 2W communication power supply with output power at power frequency load current 14000A of transmission line, the other is to elaborate the design of traveling wave current sensor and power frequency current sensor and to carry on the related verification test to its function.Thirdly, the strategy of reliability design of data communication is given from the aspects of antenna selection and redundancy design of data communication module. Finally,According to the traveling wave current data and the power frequency fault current data obtained from the prototype of the transmission line traveling wave fault location system, the case of the traveling wave fault is analyzed, and the validity of the research work is verified.
