一种表贴式永磁同步电机初始角的检测方法

【摘要】:在分析基于电感饱和原理来获得表贴式永磁电机转子初始角方法的基础上,为解决传统方法不可靠、准确性低的难题,提出了电压矢量法,该方法在处理第二波电压矢量时,同时加入限制条件。而且在第二波电压矢量后,为了提高了电流峰值而延长了电压矢量的作用时间,这样就使得转子的增去磁效果更为显著,也增大各个矢量电流大小的差别,从而提高了检测结果的可靠性。实验结果表明该方法既确保了转子不发生转动,又大幅度增强了检测的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of unreliable and low accuracy of traditional methods, a voltage vector method is proposed to deal with the second wave voltage vector, based on the principle of inductance saturation to obtain the initial rotor angle of permanent magnet motor.At the same time, restrictions are added.Moreover, after the second wave voltage vector, the working time of the voltage vector is prolonged in order to increase the peak value of the current, which makes the demagnetization effect of the rotor more remarkable, and also increases the difference of the current size of each vector.Therefore, the reliability of the test results is improved.The experimental results show that the method not only ensures the rotor does not rotate, but also greatly enhances the reliability of the detection.
