核电站间接空冷系统铝翅片管束散热器传热特性

【摘要】:以间接空冷系统常用铝管铝翅片空冷散热器为对象,针对六排管和四排管典型设计,在管外空气侧和管内循环水侧对流换热系数关联式的基础上,推导获得了空冷散热器传热系数的变化规律并进行了影响因素分析。结果表明,空冷散热器传热系数主要受冷却空气流量支配,而非循环水流量影响,还与翅片管束结构参数有关。铝制翅片管束空冷散热器传热性能的研究,可用于指导空冷散热器的管束选型和间接空冷系统的优化设计。
[Abstract]:Taking the aluminum fin air cooling radiator commonly used in the indirect air cooling system as the object, the typical design of six rows of tubes and four rows of tubes is carried out, based on the correlation formula of convection heat transfer coefficient between the air side outside the tube and the circulating water side of the tube.The variation law of heat transfer coefficient of air cooling radiator is derived and the influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the air-cooled radiator is mainly controlled by the cooling air flow rate, not by the circulating water flow rate, but also by the structural parameters of the finned tube bundle.The study on the heat transfer performance of the aluminum finned tube bundle air cooling radiator can be used to guide the selection of the tube bundle of the air cooling radiator and the optimization design of the indirect air cooling system.
