城市配电网可靠性评估的经济性优化研究

【摘要】:由于现阶段我们国家的快速发展,社会当中方方面面对电力资源的使用范围逐年扩大。国家在对大规模用电量提供支持的同时,同时也要保证电力资源质量与安全性,在这个过程中相关部门就启用了城市配电网管理系统,能够对各个区域的电力使用提供综合的管理,当发现存在与能源传送相关的问题时,配电网可以及时的反映并提出相对的解决措施。本文针对城市配电网的可靠性进行了有关项目的评估和管理评价,以及对一些相关问题进行了相关的介绍与讲解。本文第一章主要进行了背景与意义的研究,尤其是近几年电力负荷的增长明显加快,城市配电网成为了制约城市发展的"瓶颈",电能质量、供电能力和供电可靠性满足不了用户的电力需求,通过目前城市配电网发展的过程来看,进一步将国内外现状进行研究对比,确定了本文研究的内容与预期研究成果;第二章主要是通过城市配电网可靠性评估方法及相关指标的计算,确定可靠性评估经济性评价的必要性,以及相关计算方法适用的经济基础,主要从给供电公司参考来考虑,给出了配电网可靠性评估的概念、方法、模型、基础数据以及指标体系;第三章主要是通过城市配电网架空线路网架和电缆线路网架的介绍,进行相关网架可靠性评估的前提假设,对分析结果进行比对确定影响结果的变量,利用建立的模型,以典型的配电网接线模式为切入点,对配电网规划中的重点内容一配电网网架结构进行深入经济技术分析,在问题简化的基础上得出一些较一般的结论;第四章主要是通过城市配电网可靠性评估的经济性优化模型及评价研究,确定配电网可靠性的经济方式,针对实际配电网复杂多样的特点,开发相应的可靠性经济性综合评估与优化软件,并结合网架模式可靠性评估经济性优化模型的软件应用问题进行分析,实现对实际电网及优化改造方案的可靠性经济性综合评估,为城市配电网的可靠提供相应的保证;第五章主要是对本文进行了总结,得出了一些具有建设性的意见,并对城市配电网后期发展进行了展望,通过研究结果的分析,对未来的发展情况和研究方向提出了几点建议。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of our country at present, the use of power resources in all aspects of society has been expanding year by year.While providing support for large-scale electricity consumption, the state also needs to ensure the quality and safety of power resources. In the process, the relevant departments have started the urban distribution network management system.It can provide a comprehensive management for the use of electricity in various regions. When problems related to energy transmission are found, the distribution network can reflect and propose relative solutions in time.In this paper, the project evaluation and management evaluation of the reliability of urban distribution network are carried out, and some related problems are introduced and explained.The first chapter of this paper mainly carries on the background and the significance research, especially in recent years the electric power load growth obviously speeds up, the city distribution network has become the "bottleneck" which restricts the city development, the electric energy quality,Power supply capacity and reliability can not meet the needs of users, through the current development of urban distribution network process, further research and comparison of domestic and foreign status, determine the content of this study and expected research results;The second chapter is to determine the necessity of economic evaluation of reliability assessment and the economic basis of the relevant calculation methods through the calculation of reliability evaluation methods and related indicators of urban distribution network, mainly from the reference to power supply companies.The concept, method, model, basic data and index system of reliability evaluation of distribution network are given.The premise of reliability evaluation of related grid is assumed, and the analysis results are compared to determine the variables that affect the results. Using the established model, the typical distribution network connection mode is taken as the breakthrough point.The economic and technical analysis of the distribution network structure, which is the key content of the distribution network planning, is carried out, and some general conclusions are drawn on the basis of the simplification of the problem.The fourth chapter is to determine the economic mode of distribution network reliability through the economic optimization model and evaluation research of the urban distribution network reliability evaluation, aiming at the complex and diverse characteristics of the actual distribution network.The software of reliability economy evaluation and optimization is developed, and the software application problem of reliability evaluation economy optimization model of grid mode is analyzed.To realize the comprehensive evaluation of the reliability and economy of the actual power network and the optimization and transformation scheme, and to provide the corresponding guarantee for the reliability of the urban distribution network. Chapter five summarizes this paper and draws some constructive opinions.The future development of urban distribution network is prospected. Through the analysis of the research results, some suggestions are put forward for the future development and research direction.
