基于流水作业的66kv唐王分歧线路工程进度管理研究

【摘要】:随着当今经济的迅猛发展,我国城市规模的不断扩大,电网建设作为国家基础工程建设,是社会经济建设和城市发展的能源动脉,其发展的必要性不言而喻。电网不断扩大,线路将继续向自然环境条件更加复杂的未开发边远地区,以及居民密集和经济高度发达地区两头延伸,输电线路建设必将面临更加严峻的考验。项目进度管理作为项目管理的重要组成部分,它对衡量整个项目水平的高低,工程项目能否保质保量按时完成,项目的成本和收益都起着关键的作用,因而具有极大的研究意义。进度管理是工程项目管理的三大管理目标之一,直接关系到建设项目的经济、社会效益,具有举足轻重的地位。本文将运用施工组织计划和项目进度管理的相关理论,以66KV唐王分岐线路工程项目的进度管理为背景,对项目进度管理进行编制和优化。唐王分岐线路工程作为大型、复杂的项目,其设备、电力、管线、消防联动系统等内部结构设施工程量占到建筑物总工程量的40%以上,相应的,建筑物内部设施的设计和建造难度也在增加,项目建设的现场组织工作也变的更加困难。本文将通过研究和分析网络计划优化方面的相关的知识,并结合理论在具体的工程项目中实际应用经验,旨在解决工程建设中的冲突,以实现科学有效的项目进度管理。本文将结合66KV唐王分岐线路工程项目的具体情况运用项目管理的相关理论对其进行研究,首先介绍国内外研究现状,并对工程进度管理、流水施工法相关理论进行了简要阐述。其次介绍了66kv唐王分歧线路工程概况,包括项目背景、施工项目组织机构、项目施工工序等,重点编制了工程项目施工计划,运用WBS方法对项目结构进行分解,并绘制了网络进度计划图,重点运用搭接网络对网络图进行优化和控制,以缩短工期提高效率。最后对项目进度计划的实施提出了保证措施,包括风险预防措施、工期质量保证措施、安全管理保证措施及物资及文件资料管理等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of cities in our country, the power grid construction, as a national basic engineering construction, is the energy artery of social economic construction and urban development, and the necessity of its development is self-evident.With the continuous expansion of the power grid, the transmission lines will continue to extend to the undeveloped remote areas with more complex natural environment conditions, as well as to the densely populated and economically highly developed areas, so the construction of transmission lines will be faced with a more severe test.As an important part of project management, project schedule management plays a key role in measuring the level of the whole project, whether the quality and quantity of the project can be completed on time, and the cost and benefit of the project.Therefore, it has great significance in research.Schedule management is one of the three management objectives of project management, which is directly related to the economic and social benefits of construction projects and plays a pivotal role.In this paper, based on the theory of construction organization plan and project schedule management, based on the schedule management of 66KV Tangwangfangqi line project, the project schedule management is compiled and optimized.As a large and complex project, the Tangwang Diqi line project has more than 40% of the total construction volume of its internal structure facilities, such as equipment, electric power, pipeline, fire control system, etc.The design and construction of the building's interior facilities are becoming more difficult, and the site organization of the project is becoming more difficult.By studying and analyzing the related knowledge of network planning optimization and combining the practical application experience of theory in concrete engineering projects, this paper aims to solve the conflicts in engineering construction and to realize scientific and effective project schedule management.In this paper, according to the specific situation of 66KV Tangwangfangqi line project, we will apply the relevant theory of project management to study it. Firstly, we will introduce the domestic and foreign research situation, and briefly explain the theory of project schedule management and income's construction method.Secondly, it introduces the general situation of the 66kv Tangwang diverging line project, including the background of the project, the organization of the construction project, the construction process of the project, and so on. The construction plan of the project is compiled with emphasis, and the project structure is decomposed by WBS method.The network schedule diagram is drawn, and the network diagram is optimized and controlled by using the overlay network, in order to shorten the time limit and improve the efficiency.Finally, the guarantee measures are put forward for the implementation of the project schedule plan, including risk prevention measures, time limit quality assurance measures, safety management assurance measures, materials and documents management, etc.
