核电厂OBE报警方式的时效性和可靠性对比分析

【摘要】:利用我国2003年至2015年间发生的31次地震的1642组记录,对比分析了二代与三代核电厂运行基准地震(OBE)报警方法的时效性与可靠性。结果表明,对同一地震动,二代与三代核电厂OBE都超限的条件下,三代核电厂OBE报警的时间普遍较二代核电厂OBE报警晚,平均相差20 s。三代核电厂OBE报警之前,台站所遭受的地震动加速度幅值最大可达0.7g。利用4次地震Ⅵ度区的108个台站数据进行OBE超限判别,结果发现,三代核电厂OBE超限的台站仅占总台站数的41%,二代核电厂OBE超限的台站数占总台站数的63%(广核)、76%(中核)。因此三代核电厂OBE报警参数的阈值选取过程中,为了避免小震近场大脉冲和小幅值长持时地震动造成的不必要停堆,降低了报警的时效性和可靠性,这对于非常重要的核设施而言是偏于不安全的。
[Abstract]:Based on 1642 sets of records of 31 earthquakes in China from 2003 to 2015, the timeliness and reliability of the second generation and the third generation nuclear power plant operating reference earthquake warning methods are compared and analyzed.The results show that for the same ground motion, the OBE alarm time of the third generation nuclear power plant is generally later than that of the second generation nuclear power plant OBE, and the average difference is 20 s under the condition that the OBE of the second generation and the third generation of nuclear power plant are exceeded the limit.Before the OBE alarm of the third generation nuclear power plant, the maximum amplitude of ground motion acceleration suffered by the station can reach 0.7 g.By using 108 station data in the 鈪,
