新疆风电出力特性统计分析及应用

【摘要】:为了研究新疆电网合理消纳风电问题,根据新疆风电场运行实际数据,计算了反映风电自然特性的日出力变化率、相关性、同时率、波动性及间隙性等出力特性量化指标,采用概率统计法分析了新疆风电场/群的出力特性,分析表明:新疆风电出力水平较高,出力变化速率不大,风电出力的波动频率小,新疆各风电场的同时率较高,间歇率小,破坏性风速较少,风电的可利用率高,最后讨论了风电出力特性指标的应用。文中的分析结果为新疆电网更好地消纳利用风电,制定风电出力的控制原则提供了思路及方法,同时也为进一步做好风电这种不稳定电源的发展规划提供了参考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the problem of reasonably absorbing wind power in Xinjiang power grid, according to the actual data of wind farm operation in Xinjiang, the paper calculates the quantitative indexes of output characteristics such as daily output rate, correlation, simultaneous rate, volatility and gap, which reflect the natural characteristics of wind power.The characteristics of wind farms / groups in Xinjiang are analyzed by using probability statistics method. The results show that the wind power output level in Xinjiang is relatively high, the output rate is small, the fluctuation frequency of wind power output is small, the simultaneous rate of wind farms in Xinjiang is higher and the intermittent rate is small.With less destructive wind speed and high utilization rate of wind power, the application of wind power output characteristic index is discussed.The analysis results in this paper provide ideas and methods for Xinjiang Power Grid to better absorb and utilize wind power and draw up the control principle of wind power output. It also provides a reference for the further development planning of wind power such as unstable power supply.
